You don't think the bible can actually SAY what it means ?
The bible says exactly what it means; it's mans erroneous interpretations, which other scriptures prove those erroneous interpretations to be in error.

The presence of God is the presence of love in people.
You cannot be saying that a person with love has God's presence within them.

A Christian is to be filled with the Holy Spirit, the actual presence of God within the believer.

Your salvation is contingent upon love.
My salvation is contingent on faith in the shed righteous blood of Jesus Christ
to pay my sin debt, reconciling me to God, and attaining to life ever after,
thereby escaping the fate of the unrepentant, who will suffer the second death.

Your salvation is contingent upon love.
I can see you love getting salvation doctrine from John's writings, whether Gospel of John or 1 John.

Yes, according to John, salvation is contingent upon love.

1 John 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Not sure I understand your point.
If a person loves his neighbor is he full filling the righteous requirements of God for his eternal salvation?

According to John, you need to love your neighbor whom you can see, before you can love God whom you cannot see. 1 John 4:20

So if you need to love God to be saved, according to John, then yes, loving your neighbor is required for salvation. 1 John 4:7

The answer, I believe, lies in the truth. Only the Spirit of God can reveal the divina e truth to you. That is wisdom.
If you are a child of God then you will be able to worship him in spirit and in truth, for he seeks those that do.
The spirit of truth is the Holy Spirit of God. The same jesus was of. The same Spirit that claimed Christ is in control of all things seen and unseen.
You will adhere to the truths in the bible. You will know without a shadow of a doubt what the truth is, and you will be set free.
So. The question is: What does the Spirit confirm in you? What doctrine is the right one?

Only when one lies fallen in the dust, in complete humility, can the see clearly that the fallen state of mankind everywhere is not primarily in need of an example, but a savior.
