Actually, that Pennhead thing was kind of amusing. Quite clever actually. He is quite a nice peep too and very much a humble servant of the Lord. You are too. :)

Such a lot of picking and poking at the truth! It is a simple truth that
God is God, perfect, and we have knowledge of sin in us and we are not perfect. We have to be perfect to live with the Lord in heaven forever, and we aren't. We know God made a way for us to do that, and it is through what Christ did for us, we didn't suddenly develop the ability to do it ourselves.

The debates seem to be what to do about our sin that is now forgiven? It seems evident that the truth is that we are to follow Jesus in being perfect. I don't think anyone can come up with the idea of not doing this because we are going to fail, if you follow then you are not failing you are following. What is impossible is to strive and work to follow Jesus when you are working and striving to follow the devil.
