Jesus say in John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Notice He made a difference between flesh and spirit. Ask yourself that question, was you born flesh or spirit?

John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Notice: He compared the wind to a spirit. Can you see the wind? No! We have seen things being blown around by the wind, but we have never seen the wind. If you are born of the spirit you are like the wind. This is when you are truly born again, when you are born of the spirit.
would t it make more sense like this

“Jesus say in John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

are we born of the word of God spoken by Jesus maybe ?

by his word of truth ?

“Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice.”
‭‭John‬ ‭18:37‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

the word of God the gospel which lasts forever ?

“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:35‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. …But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1:23, 25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Maybe bieng born again comes from hearing and believing the word of Christ the gospel ? Which he calls spirit and life , he calls the word of truth , he says will always remain the same

“As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the Lord; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the Lord, from henceforth and for ever.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭59:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

being saved is the same thing as born again gotta do this

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:15-16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

to be born again is here

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭5:24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

we change because our belief changes about God , ourselves , the world , right and wrong ect we begin to believe as children of God through the son

John Chapter 3 is talking about a certain time in which the change will happen. I agree being save is like being Born again, but at a certain time. Jesus said with his own mouth; (Matt. 24:13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. That is until the end of your life, or until the Second Coming of the Lord. All those verse are good that you post, but only leads up to one event, and that's the first resurrection, the saints. "Here is the patience of the saints; here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" (Revelation 14:12). True saints realize that God's law must be obeyed to receive eternal life.

I see where you are going with this. It does sound plausible, but we need to add more scripture here to make it all fit. Unfortunately, others scriptures proves that what your stating to be in error. Thats okay, providing your can see the error and move away from it and move on.

An example of being in this flesh and being born again, 1 Pete 1:23, “Having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible by the word of God that liveth and abideth forever”.

This is how we know we have been born again, Romans 10:10, “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation”.

Our spirit is what is born again.

It was required that Christ not see corruption in His body as a testimony to His resurrection that He indeed was He that should come and showed Himself. If He had of rotted in anyway, that is the way He would have appeared. But, He didn’t see corruption.

The teaching that Christ was born again after his resurrection is false.

In order to interpret scripture, all scriptures must agree. If there is a hint of doubt, it must be analyzed and scrutinized until there is no doubt at all. That is why it says, “Search the scriptures, for in them, they will testify of Me”.

Our spirit is what is born again.

Jesus says in John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Notice: He made a difference between flesh and spirit.

So if your spirit is what born again, then you can come and go like the wind.

I was born a spirit being, with a soul, that lives in a body. (1 Thessalonians 5:23) Adam was created in God's image. As you say, God is Spirit. The spirit is the real person, but it is born dead to God. The death of Christ removes the old, dead spirit. The resurrection of Christ raises us up to new life, a new spirit where Lord Jesus can dwell.

This is about as bizarre as it can get. Jesus was the eternal and only begotten Son of God long before He came to earth. The resurrection of Christ was evidence that on the cross He Himself destroyed the power of sin and death, Hades and Hell, Satan and all his demons. Christ rose in the same body in which He was crucified, yet it was a special body which was not subject to human limitations.
Jesus dies on the cross right? So the word says in Hebrews 2: 9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

But let's continue in ! Corinthians 15: 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

Pay attention to what you just read.

Okay, in stead of telling you what I know, let me ask you a question and we’ll go from there.

When you say ”he that is born of the spirit is like the wind” are you saying that the individual who is born again by your belief, that they cannot be seen?

Remember, they are like the wind. We can hear it, but we can’t see it. So is every one that is born of the spirit.

Can the person who is like the wind, can he be seen by other people on planet earth?

Is the conclusion of your OP that no one is actually born again until the resurrection, from a premise that, proverbially, the Word is the seed and our 'womb' is the Spirit, perhaps?
That's what the books, let's take a look what Paul says in 1 Corinthains 15: 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

Not true. Being born again is instantaneous. Paul's letter to the Corinthians shows how it is possible to be born again yet live in sin.

1 Corinthians 3
…14If what he has built survives, he will receive a reward. 15If it is burned up, he will suffer loss. He himself will be saved, but only as if through the flames. 16Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple, and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?…

1 Corinthians 5
1It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that is intolerable even among pagans: A man has his father’s wife. 2And you are proud! Shouldn’t you rather have been stricken with grief and have removed from your fellowship the man who did this?…

Sin of that degree should not be overlooked. Too often it gets swept under the carpet. God will ensure that the carpet gets lifted sooner or later, as the Anglican, Catholic and some other denominations have discovered.

A person is not born again one minute and unborn again the next. Now the future rewards and kingdom placement for sure are dependent on our obedience to Christ in this life. And that does not mean slavishly following the 10 commandments. It is being led by the Spirit continually. Those who choose to be led by the Spirit will be higher in the kingdom than those who life for themselves - even if the selfish are outwardly conforming to the 10 commandments.

Being born of water is not referencing the Word.

Born of water is the physical birth of a child coming forth from the physical womb inside the physical mother and this place of child development is called the embryonic sac.

Thus the factual term of 'her water broke' of the expecting mother going into labor, when the embryonic sac wall breaks, thus releasing water and other fluids.

That which is flesh is flesh and that which is Spirit is Spirit.

Christ is the the Word and the Word is the Seed that is sown that is watered and that grows into the New Birth within the heart/mind/soul/spirit of a man.

There are THREE who Overcome the World = Read and pray and read and pray again the Gospel of John and do it a third time.
Jesus says in John 4: 10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 but whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

In response to the part higlighted:

Luke 24:39
Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself. Handle Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have.”

The resurrection body is physical, and yes we will be partakers of the divine nature, but there is nothing and no one above God the Father, the God of gods [Deuteronomy 10:17] and the Most High, as the Bible says.
I Agree, but you missing the point of that verse.

Sorry my friend but you can't get past John 3 chapter when it comes to being born again. Very simple to understand.
John 3:4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

In verse 5, born of the water in this case is the Word of God. Notice the Lord mentions the kingdom of God again, but He adds a little more information. He says "Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. When he mentions spirit He means exactly that. Watch how the Lord gives something physical to describe exactly what He means.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

Notice: He made a difference between flesh and spirit.

Paul says in 1 Corinthians 15: 50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

See Paul understood this simple change at the last trumpet..

.
This is the full explanation of being born again. As a newborn baby we come in the flesh. To be with the Lord for eternity we must be of the spirit, made alive in the spirit. We take our babies to church and dedicate them to the Lord, saying we will speak for them until they can speak for themselves, promising to teach them.

Let's take a look at man's potential.

Psalms 82:1 God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. 2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

Who are these mighty ones that God judgeth among the gods? These are not pagan gods that the Lord judge. Pagan gods have no might nor any breath in them.

Take a look and see who these gods are.

Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. 7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

These gods are men. Why? Look at the 7th verse again. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes. Spirits don't die; men do (flesh and blood). To give you a better understanding of this, take a look at what Jesus said to the Pharisees. Pay close attention what's being said.

John 10:30 I and my Father are one. 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, saying, for a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. 34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?”

Notice Jesus quoted the 6th verse in the 82nd Psalm. Now take a look at the next verse.

35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

So you see, He called them gods unto whom the Word of God came. If you continue in His Word you will be in the God family, but you must endure this world to make it into the kingdom. This will take place at an appointed time in the near future.

1 Cor 15 is about the coming Resurrection which is only for those who are already Born-Again by the Spirit.

His Second Coming with Resurrection/Transformation is only for His Brethren/His Elect/the Saints.

Perhaps if we consider that we shall all be transformed and be just like Jesus, will will not be Jesus but just like Jesus.

Also consider, the Kingdom will not be like the creation, rather it will be living forever along with all the resurrected in our blessed Lord.

All threw Christian dome brothers and sisters we hear the term born again. You will hear people in the churches, on the street, at work, even in jail, making the statement, "since I have been born again. For those who have any knowledge in the word (Holy Scriptures) will understand that this just isn’t the case, now this is a pretty simple to understand brother and sisters, pay close a attention to what’s being said. Now, Let’s jump right in a conversation that Jesus was having with a man name Nicodemus.

John 3:1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Notice verse 3, except a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. We have just learned something here. If you are not born again you can not see the kingdom of God. As we go further you will understand this. Remember there is a time for everything.

Nicodemus asked a very good question. Take a look at the next set of verses.

Notice He compared the wind to a spirit. Can you see the wind? No! We have seen things being blown around by the wind, but we have never seen the wind. If you are born of the spirit you are like the wind. This is when you are truly born again, when you are born of the spirit.

Notice what Jesus does in these next few verses. Remember, this is after His resurrection.

John 20:26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

Note two very important things within these verses. 1. Jesus appeared in the midst of them and the doors were shut. 2. Thomas called Him God. When Jesus came out of the grave he was born into the God family (we will have a greater understanding as we go further in this class). When Thomas called Jesus God was he still a man? Take a look at this verse in the book of Numbers.

Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Note what the verse says, God is not a man, neither is he the son of man. While Jesus walked with His disciples He called Himself the son of man. He was exactly that. He was born of a woman. But, when he was raised from the dead He was no longer in the man family neither was He flesh and blood. If he was flesh and blood He would not have been able to appear in the middle of the room with his apostles.
Born of water Is natural birth even people In the world are born naturally.

God's law was fully contained in the One Man who could fully keep the Law = the Only Begotten Son of God = Jesus the Christ

True Saints have been washed in the Blood of the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.

True Saints have been Born-Again by the Word of God which is Spirit and Eternal Life.

True Saints follow the Lamb wheresoever HE goes = we do not follow the Law which no man could keep but One.

THEREFORE, since only One Man has kept the Law of God, True Saints tightly grab and cling to and follow that One Man who alone has Immortality = the Savior of the World - Amen.

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ’s appearing, which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.

"Here is the patience of the saints; here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus" (Revelation 14:12).
True saints realize that God's law must be obeyed to receive eternal life. Why does the bible seem to teach that the law has been done away with, if we must still keep the commandments? When the bible speaks of laws we no longer have to keep, it is speaking of the sacrificial laws. These laws were a school master pointing us to the fact that Jesus would be sacrificed for our sins. Since Jesus died we are no longer under a school master, (required to offer up bulls and goats for our sins).

Now we must believe (have faith) Jesus died for us (Hebrews 10:4,9-10) 4 For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. 9 then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

This doesn't mean we don't have to obey God's moral laws of conduct. That would be like a man getting paroled from prison and then ignoring the same laws that sent him to prison in the first place. Jesus only died once, so if we willingly break God's law, after accepting Jesus, our reward will be eternal damnation (Hebrews 10:26-27) 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Let us avoid this at all costs, seeking a better reward. Jesus will return real soon And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. (Revelation 22:12).
