I think maybe because when He comes back , will it be like in the days of Noah , when only 8 people where saved?
There is going to be a lot of apostasy , persecution in them days , faith is going to be rare...
...xox...

Not for those He predestined and chose.my belief.

I thought you were taking the moral high road.

Remember this statement....

Just be yourself at least that way we know what to expect.
Ohhhh just a little humor. A little irony. A smidgen of sarcasm. No all out attacks or condemnations though.

Right?

Everyone is condemned to hell before they are saved.
No no no. Stick with my question. If as you say God must give faith to ALL, then why pray tell are any "left behind"? Why has God bequeathed saving faith to some and to others?

Everyone is condemned to hell before they are saved.
Well, we agree on something at least.
Now you are going to have to figure out why some are pulled out of the fire.

A question that is FULLY RESOLVED, with no loose ends with the doctrine of ELECTION.

You see, my God never fails. He isn't holding His breath praying to Himself some will exercise THEIR faith. Nobody gets left behind. The predetermined plan of salvation is sure, certain, failsafe.

Here let me help you.... "all" means those that were chosen before the foundation of the world, secret language.

Because god wanted to be dishonest and give people false hope.
Secret language explicitly stated outright in by far the most published Book on the planet.

Worst kept secret ever.

Parables on Prayer

1Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart, 2 saying, “In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect man. 3“There was a widow in that city, and she kept coming to him, saying, ‘Give me legal protection from my opponent.’ 4“For a while he was unwilling; but afterward he said to himself, ‘Even though I do not fear God nor respect man, 5 yet because this widow bothers me, I will give her legal protection, otherwise by continually coming she will wear me out.’” 6 And the Lord said, “Hear what the unrighteous judge said; 7 now, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them? 8“I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?”

I agree. Deductive reasoning when it comes to Biblical truth can be very dangerous.
Deductive reasoning has its place but a deft touch is required when building doctrine.
That's why I am not a hard boiled Calvinist. I will (God willing) always refer back to the Bible and let it speak.

But let's be honest here almost every formulation of alternative doctrines have some kind of deductive reasoning behind it. Without it there wouldn't be any creeds or doctrinal statements in existence.
Except, of course, when it says "all" then we have to figure out whether the Holy Spirit really meant "all" or if there was a mistake and it was supposed to read "the elect"

Another thing...the Lord speaks through you so much.....that most of my questions to you and from cv, go unanswered.hmmmmm.....with a big H.
Not every question deserves an answer, as the Bible tells us:
Answer not a fool according to their foolishness, lest you be like them.

Yes yes. A deft touch. Spiritual discernment. Careful mature sound judgment.

Then all of the "all"s make all the sense in the world.

Yes?

Right ... are your serious?

The vast majority of people are shut out of the Kingdom of Heaven.................. because he refused to save them in your view because he must be incapable of doing so.

It is an epic fail... dismal in fact ..................and absolute no need to rejoice in Heaven

I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

"spiritual discernment?" Nope, it's called twisting to fit human doctrine. The all's make sense without any need to tweak them as is, until you introduce false doctrine to the picture.

Romans 1:20
For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

I know one thing God does not believe for people,

nor does God regenerate prior to belief which your system demands

no scripture does scripture support irresistible grace, something you have yet to address but is essential to your plan of predestination.

Dear @jackrosie ,
_______I'm assuming jack is your flag of country and your christian name maybe Rosalyn.
______ Forgive me for assumptions, however my heart feels much compassion for you by reading your posts.
I can tell your life has had many difficult issues that have shaped you.
_______I think you are very zealous for what you are believing in and that is good BUT only the Spirit can teach us and take us where God wants us to be
______I hate that Jesus' love is rarely shone on this forum !
_______I pray that the Spirit will establish you in the WAY of the word and His TRUTH truly set you free.
_____Please don't be as others, you have no need to respond to antagonism nor cruelty. You are a better person than that!
_____Find threads of love, they are here also. Where people allow you to breath and share.
_____ You and @Rosemaryx have deeply touched me in what you both share here. Our struggles are real for we war against one that wants to make us God's enemy.
You both have been BRAVE to share honesty and transparency with how you struggle. I am praying for this site to be filled with compassion. Many people are just reading, not joining nor responding and we must be real and show His love through us!

_____ I mean no offence to either of you nor anyone.

There are compassionate hearts here,@1ofthem ,@SoulWeaver ,@seoulsearch @Magenta ,many who have struggles that bear love.
There are ladies forums, singles forum ect where the heat or as you see same letters hate are kept under the blood .

Much love!
You may have already discerned for yourself, but exercise caution with a few who have been posting in this thread.

We are sheep in the midst of wolves.

Then god brings them by force...... otherwise god fails. ... since you are adamant God does the sole choosing, you cannot have it both ways.

Small g... since this is not God in scripture

“Humor”
Bwahahahahaha 😆
His nomenclature is rather amusing.

He repeatedly accuses me of "mind reading" for making logical inferences.

And then if I ask him a direct question to bring out the logical inference he dodges and says its tiring answering such questions.

Typical behavior of a huckster. Shuck and jive, insult, and when called on it it's "humor."

Absolutely no integrity, either in his theology or in his person.
