Jesus gave up his spirit == Jesus died.

No more, no less. That's the biblical definition. Jesus' spirit did not "die." Spirit does not "die" except through wickedness.

Now when he gave up the spirit he was releasing the Holy Ghost. Thats why it says he gave up the spirit. He made it free for every man.

Deity can not die. Your statement is illogical. It's like saying, "Can someone who can not die, die?" Deity is eternality, and all possession of what is good. Eternality in the first place, by its meaning has no end nor any beginning. Your question in the first place is subject to error.

The only biological death Christ experienced was in His bodily form, which took place on the cross. His man nature died but His divine nature will never die, since divinity's nature is never dying.

I think you don't understand much about the hypostatic union, also try to research about communicatio idiomatum.
