You cannot enter into Heaven if you have not confessed with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, mwc68.
When you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus is how we receive Salvation mwc68.
Romans 10:4-10
[SUP]4 [/SUP] For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
[SUP]5 [/SUP] For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, "The man who does those things shall live by them."
[SUP]6 [/SUP] But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, "Do not say in your heart, 'Who will ascend into heaven?' " (that is, to bring Christ down from above)
[SUP]7 [/SUP] or, " 'Who will descend into the abyss?' " (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).
[SUP]8 [/SUP] But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart" (that is, the word of faith which we preach):
[SUP]9 [/SUP] that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
[SUP]10 [/SUP] For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
We cannot receive Salvation by Baptism mwc68.
We cannot receive Salvation by "Works" mwc68.
we cannot receive Salvation by being in the Roman Catholic Church mwc68.
This is not a "particular flavor of protestantism" mwc68. This is what the Holy Spirit teaches. You can say all you want against the Holy Spirit, it makes no difference, God is greater than you and the Roman Catholic Church.
Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by Baptism. Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by "Works". Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by being born into the Roman Catholic Church. Nowhere in the Scriptures does the Holy Spirit teach we receive Salvation by being a Roman Catholic.
Ephesians 2:8-9
[SUP]8 [/SUP] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
[SUP]9 [/SUP] not of works, lest anyone should boast.
Look at the thief on the cross mwc68, he never was Baptized, never had a desire to be Baptized, never did any "Works", never was born into the Roman Catholic Church and never was a Roman Catholic mwc68, but yet Jesus Christ did say he would be with Him in Heaven.
Luke 23:40-43
[SUP]40 [/SUP] But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, "Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?
[SUP]41 [/SUP] And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong."
[SUP]42 [/SUP] Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom."
[SUP]43 [/SUP] And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise."
Paradise is Heaven mwc68.
