Several have pointed out to you with scriptures that OSAS is a pipedream on other threads. The Last day is the Last Day. no pretrib, whatever , rapture. The Lord comes back on the Last Day at the end of time. This is biblical
you are talking about a minority cult in America, The Left Behinders. The last day is the last day.

As to Christ's promises, if you want to deny the promises of the Lord Who bought you then God help your soul.

Yes I notice you showing approval of the posts of a Jehovah's Witness. Both supporters of cults together.

nothing is impossible with God! Transubstantiation was declared by the Council of Trent. I will take this Council over the Council of Valiant any day
Yup, nothing is impossible with God. He turn water to wine and people notice, the taste.

Do you notice the change in your communion?

You notice the bread turn to meat?

You drink the blood? how it taste?

How can you say mwc68, "nothing is impossible with God", but yet insist that God could not keep Jesus Christ free from sin without Mary being without sin?

If you truly believe, "nothing is impossible with God", then Mary did not need to be without sin mwc68.

Since nothing is Impossible with God, God did keep Jesus Christ free from sin while Mary was full of sin.

You cannot have your cake and eat it too mwc68.

Revelation 7:13-14
[SUP]13 [/SUP] Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
[SUP]14 [/SUP] And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

There is a time coming that many people will regret especially the Catholics who refuse to read the Bible and listen to the Holy Spirit.

A great tribulation is just ahead for the Catholics because they will not be caught up in the air with us True Christians. A tribulation brought on by Satan who will try to destroy the whole world.

Revelation 13:16-18
[SUP]16 [/SUP] He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads,
[SUP]17 [/SUP] and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
[SUP]18 [/SUP] Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.

Revelation 14:9-11
[SUP]9 [/SUP] Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand,
[SUP]10 [/SUP] he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb.
[SUP]11 [/SUP] And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name."

Just because the Catholics hate God and everything He says in the Bible does not mean the Great Tribulation will not happen.

All Catholics will go through the great tribulation and may God have mercy on their Souls.

Ken, I tend to disregard all that rapture nonsense for various reasons,,the biggest being it is not biblical. Pretty much every generation since Chist's Glorious Resurrection has thought they were in the end times. There is some truth to that since afterall " as soon as you're born you're dying "--------Iron Maiden

Now , the Bible and the Church acknowledge a Great Tribulation coming. We agree. The Bible and the Church speak of the 2nd coming. That is where you go off into lalala land. You have to throw a failsafe into this Tribulation. Oh no! Don't face reality! That is just to horrible! We are gonna fly away and escape this, you know like following Peter Pan and the ever lovable Tinkerbell!

The Great Tribulation, imo, will be when God needs us to shine the brightest! I agree with you that satan will bring this tribulation! I disagree with teaching people they are gonna fly away to escape harm. Did any of the Apostles fly away to escape harm?

Inquiring mind... 371 pages later... so who gets to collected the silver at the end of this persecution ?

Ephesians 4:2
with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.

Romans 14:1-4 As for the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions. One person believes he may eat anything, while the weak person eats only vegetables. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Who are you to pass judgment on the servant of another? It is before his own master that he stands or falls. And he will be upheld, for the Lord is able to make him stand.

When our Lord Jesus Chist took bread and wine, and said do this in remembrance, our Lord was not speaking symbolically. When He spoke parables, it was for us to understand. The Eucharist, the body and blood of Christ is not contained in a parable. It is plain as the brightest light in the universe. The Eucharist is the promise fulfilled when our Lord said "Unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood, you have no life within you!" Now do you really, honestly think and are telling me, Jesus was talking about crackers and grape juice? Once again show me the scriptures that say this is just a symbol!

the Catholics teach
Mary was without sin.
Mary was assumed into Heaven.
Mary is helping God to bring Salvation to the people.
that only Mary by being without sin could keep Jesus Christ free from sin,
the Catholics have made Mary equal to and greater then God?
I agree 100% Ken that these doctrines are as silly as
"the Scriptures was written by the Holy Spirit"

The problem is that you go one step too far. Catholics do not 'worship' Mary nor do they make her 'greater' than God.

Every
impartial bible scholar, every theologian, every early church historian, every genuine researcher - from a real university (not some biased Baptist Bible College or similar)
will tell you that the OT was stitched together by men no earlier than 600 BC although parts of it describe events which allegedly occurred a couple of thousand years earlier.
Plenty of time for some spin and myth to creep in.

Similarly, the NT written by men up to 100+ years after the death of Yeshua. Mostly by unknown authors.
There were heaps of 'gospels' and 'epistles' and stuff floating around the Middle East until a couple of centuries later a bunch of men - some with political agendas - chose which ones to include.
By this time, many additions and alterations had already occurred.

No original text exists - so there is no way of verifying the accuracy of either 'Testament'.

Them's the facts, mate. But I don't expect you will accept them.

You don't always need state it is symbolic, but When He not cut himself and took a bread instate, mean that bread is symbol of His body.

Otherwise He cut Himself into 13 peaces.

Show me scripture for this is a symbol. I showed you scripture its not. You are not looking at this spiritually. Did Jesus say do this once a year? Did he say do this when the pastor feels like it? What does the book of Acts say the Church did? Do you think our Lord was joking?

Since Jesus was standing right there when he said this, I doubt very much if he was talking about them eating of his actual flesh and drinking his blood. Of course it was symbolism, and he was using the metaphor to explain what was going to happen to him on the cross.

This whole nonsense of transubstantiation is a total lie. Take it out of your mouth sometime, and see that the wafer is still a wafer. If it was the "actual" body of Christ, would it not look like flesh?

And only transubstantiated by the priest? Kind of keeps you in bondage to a priest, doesn't it? That is part of the whole problem with the RCC. It is rites and rituals, and salvation through and by men. Regardless of how much people claim they are following Christ.

Now show me a scripture that said Jesus cut his own body.

Also prove to me that in your communion, the bread turn to meat and wine turn to blood.
