You: The living hope of a healthy wealthy life is a lie, because its not given as a promisse.
Me: Mathew 8: 17 is a promise for believers.

You: Despair comes then when you promisse something what is not coming true.
Me: You doubt faith in Christ's blood to heal?

You: And in this case you give the blame to the one who search healing, because if he is not healed, then because of lack faith.
Me: Faith is tested.
From whom?
I doubt not that Jesus can heal. But he does ot not. And this not because of lack of faith.

Show me the mass of healed sick believers which visitet again and again the healing ministries. If they are not healed it is their lack on faith. Right?
Sorry this is false teaching, nothing more.
You teaching nothing else then people like Benny Hinn. The result is the same. People disapointet and feeling guilty not to have enough faith.
Go away with such a destructive Massage!
Why you emphesise the blood? Not the blood heals. Jesus heales!
Belongs you to those which hold only the words of Jesus for truth, but not what f.e. Paul teaches?

So biblical faith means to trust in Christ's good deeds on the cross. Do you agree?
NO...trust that by THE CROSS HE provided the ONLY WAY back to Heaven..

Faith is given by God doesn't mean sitting back and not believing God for healing claiming christian life only means tribulations.
Who said that we don´t expect both seasons: seasons of suffering and seasons of plenty...

Are "signs and wonders" the same as "faith in Christ for healing"? Hadn't you fall sick & healed, how?
signs and wonders were confirmation and validation for men of CHRIST. Most often those who do not believe...that they MIGHT believe and be saved

So why did Jesus expect faith to be healed from those who came to Him for healing?
If one comes to him they are showing ALREADY faith...there is one in the bible who said, Jesus, if you are willing, you can heal...that was already a undecided faith

Mark 9:21 Jesus asked the boy’s father, “How long has he been like this?” “From childhood,” he answered.

9:22 “It has often thrown him into fire or water to kill him. But if you can do anything, take pity on us and help us.”

9:23 “ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”

9:24 Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

Jesus expected faith if one desires healing. Don't you desire healing? Do you desire to remain sick and die?
Oh yeah...that was indeed the one you were referring to...see that

IF YOU CAN? HE even questions the man for that statement

Mathew 8:16: "When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:

8:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses".

If it was the Father's will to keep you in sickness, why would He send His Son to take our infirmities, and bear our sicknesses?
what are you doing? Are you beating someone for not being healed and implying that it is somehow lack of faith>

GOD will heal or HE will not heal..that does not mean we stop praying,...or believing...
What is it you are trying to imply sir...that a Christian who is not healed, somehow doesn´t have faith?

So how was Epaphroditus, a believer, get healed? Was it not by faith in Christ's work of redemption? Why do christians do a prayer of faith to heal the sick?
Because they recognize the ONE who does heal.

Prayer is talking to GOD, sir...and if one has faith in the LIVING ONE...they are GOING TO HIM to pray and ask for their needs...and that most definitely includes if they are sick...for even the WORD tells us to...

Are you neglecting the physical body without which none can proclaim the gospel?

After He raised a girl, He said, "Give her to eat". Didn't Jesus care for the physical body?

Was the physical body alone corrupted by sin? Wasn't the soul & spirit also corrupted?

Bodily resurrection of the elect proves the importance of the body as well.

"Better it is to enter heaven blind and halt than to be cast into eternal condemnation whole". This was stated not to despise the body but to emphasise the importance of accepting grace to enter heaven.
Actually, accepting CHRIST to enter heaven....GODŚ GRACE is made manifest in THE ONE whom HE sent for the sins of the world...

If God hadn't willed to heal, why would He have sent His Son to take all infirmities and bear all sicknesses as per Mathew8:17?
You continuously do this Sudarkar.. Replying as if my position is that God did not will to heal.. Putting words into my mouth.. positions i have never put forward.. You do not help your position by making out someone else has a position that they do not have.. You just show to those reading on that you engage in deception and mud throwing hoping that some will stick..

I invite anyone reading on to go back to my posts in this thread and read them for themselves and see if i ever put forward the position that God does not will to heal people.. of course you will not find me putting forward that position,, why because i never ever made any such statement..

How was Epaphroditus healed?
The question are you saying this guy has never been healed? What kind of logic is this? Did paul heal or did God through Paul Healed?

Did Jesus heal all as the word says who came to HIM, and does your Epaphroditus lack of information about him being healed mean God no longer heals >?

Well I have never seen or experienced it for myself but yes God does heal. Of course to say that we should not rely on doctors is incorrect. Who is to say God is not the one who influenced people in making cures and medicine? more often than not he acts indirectly he doesn't always directly affect a person or situation he is more subtle.

Wasn't epaphroditus leaked by faith in Christ's cross? Doctors are for the unbelievers.

So Paul did not have the faith that Timothy could be healed? Is that really what you are saying?
You mean to say paul always exalted Christ un his words? Read 2 Corinthians 11:17.
