A child doesn't have to "get" child like faith; he already has it. If you're God's child by faith in Christ Jesus, then you already have child like faith. ... Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 18:2).

If you ask your Father for bread or fish to eat (things that are necessary), will He give you a stone or a serpent (things that are harmful) (Matthew 7:9-11)? If you can answer "no", then you already have child like faith.

Psalm 131:1 LORD, my heart is not haughty, nor mine eyes lofty: neither do I exercise myself in great matters, or in things too high for me.
2 Surely I have behaved and quieted myself, as a child that is weaned of his mother: my soul is even as a weaned child. 3 Let Israel hope in the LORD from henceforth and for ever.

Let your Father handle the great matters and things that are too high for you. Trust Him to do His fatherly job. :)

We turn and become as children..... For me this is asking our Father questions about everything without putting what we have had in mind previously.

I confess, I have no true knowledge from any fountain within me but that of Jesus Christ, Yeshua.

Recently I have been thinking of such things as , does our Father think at all? I mean, He is the source of all that is including understanding and knowledge wo, how could He possibly have any need to "thing" as do we, His creatures and adopted children?

After all tht thinking I realized that I just do not know, but He will reveal all we need come His glorious Time, amen.
