Choosing to sin, after we have received the knowledge of the truth, is choosing to be lost.

All sin is willful, we know by the law what sin is. We know sin because it is written for us to know.
If not then give an example.

If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.
1 John 1:8‭-‬10
My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous; and He Himself is the propitiation for our sins; and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
1 John 2:1‭-‬2

We can't take any verse of scripture as if it were written in a vacuum. The book of Hebrews is a letter to the Hebrews, in other words Jews. The theme of the letter is that Jesus is the promised messiah, and the final sacrifice. There by ending the sacrificial system, and fulfilling and completing the law. For the not to shrink back and return to the sacrificial temple law system. To become an apostate which is the same for the pagan actually, if we abandon our faith for something else. This is not about common sin, which is common to us even the believer.
Yes we resist and loath and flee from sin, but we also succumb to sin often.

We do over come by the blood of the lamb, you say by faith but even faith given to us is grace given because of the sacrifice of Jesus.

And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.
Revelation 12:11 NASB2020
IF you are CHRIST'S then YOU are
SORRY YOU fill that way, But if you hold on to sin till you die, the BIBLE tell you will be destroyed by the BRIGHTNESS OF HIS COMING< I PREY FOR YOU AND THOSE THAT THINK THAT THEY CAN CONTINUE TO KEEP SINNING AND BE SAVED,

Hi Bud – guess what?! You will sin today deliberately, whether by deed or by thought and tomorrow too! Deliberately. Be honest with yourself.
.
This is a fact.

This is a fact. THAT THE BIBLE DOES NOT TEACH, NO I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I WILL CHOOSE TO SIN TODAY OR TOMORROW, PRAISE GOD THAT GOD HAS SHOWED ME THAT THOSE THAT CONTINUE IN THEIR SINS WILL BE LOST, THAT IS WHY BROAD IS THE WAY THAT LEADS TO DESTRUCTION

no I do not believe that the BIBLE teaches no where in it that we can continue in sin, and be saved. neither do I believe that he tells some that they haft to endure, And tells others that they can keep sinning and be saved,
THIS is A lie OF Satan, just like Satan lied to Eve and was deceived, GOD does not have no respect of persons,
DEU 1:17 Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; [but] ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment [is] God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring [it] unto me, and I will hear it.
ROMANS 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
EPH 6:9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.
COL 3:25 But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.
James 2:9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.
You completely dodged the point. Trolls usually dodge the point in their failed attempts at trying to save face, but I’m hesitant on calling you a troll. Chances are you’re a victim of your denomination’s brainwashing, hence why there’s such a lack of grace in your theology.

Remember that the books of John are written to Christians. Notice the wording "we" which includes John himself.
If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us.
1 John 1:8
According to this you are in dangerous waters.

GOD grace IS to for give us the sins that we have committed , not to keep on sinning, and walking on his laws,
YESUAH GOING TO THE CROSS did not make sin ok to keep doing, but that we mite quit doing, by FAITH

that is why I go to YESUAH, to get forgiveness of sins that I have DONE, THEN after I get clean, AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS I WILL STAY CLEAN, TILL I commit sin again, then I GO BACK TO YESUAH TO GET THE BOOD APPLIED TO THAT SIN ALSO, BUT IT HAST TO BE AFTER THAT HE BRINGS US BACK TO REPENTENCE AGAIN

Sorry but you are teaching doctrine that is not biblical. Salvation in Christ is past, present and future. The verb tenses in the original language clearly indicate that salvation is an ongoing event.

So much is lacking in the discipleship of those who teach that salvation can be lost.

Those who teach endurance to end cannot endure even for a minute.

But you do still sin. Is God’s grace sufficient for you or not?

Seeing things makes one God-like? Interesting. You just got caught in your own trap. You made a statement, I concur, then you accuse me of having a God complex. Too funny. The truth is you argue just for the joy of arguing.
When we post, it would be so wonderful if we could all use the love that we receive within when we recieve the Holy Spirit.

Then we could say with Paul in Phil 2:13 "for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.

Then we could post freely that after we are saved, we need to want to not sin, to repent. That we are liars if we say we do not sin. That Jesus forgives our sin when we confess and ask for forgiveness. So many truths to discuss.

As it is, as there is no love for others, anything of the Lord that is posted is searched for something to accuse and nail others for.

I tried to get Duskey to back off from the accusations, and all that happened was it got worse. Duskey, if you accepted the love you received when you accepted Christ, your life (and mine) would be so much happier. You could state your disagreements based on scripture, and we would both learn as we discussed them. Even Jesus did not flaunt Himself as so superior to all others He could not be a servant to us.

Houston, we have a problem.

What’s the problem, Apollo?

Passive-aggressive behavior ad nauseam.

Abort! Abort!

Its based on Romans 5:12-19
I believe Romans 5:12-19 in fact i believe all of the bible, from the front that says Holy Bible... to the back were it says genuine leather

I have never even insinuated that my goodness could have overcame the power of Satan before my conversion

Thats why I asked about the price of eggs in China

My point was that, if you claim that believers could walk away from Christ by not doing good/or doing evil, you are claiming that Jesus's obedience on the cross is less powerful than Adam's disobedience in the garden.

Lol...you have a strange way of making a point.

I'm not claiming that at all.....your gagging at at nat and smoking a camel

Paul most certainly believed he could have walked away from Christ, so your argument falls apart

Didn't you state that if I choose to live in sin... I choose to be lost?
