I recently watched the movie "Gods not dead" and at the end the band Newsboys were holding a concert. They are a very famous Christian pop rock band. I listened to some of their songs on youtube and loved them. Some of their music is a little loud but even then you can still HEAR the lyrics and decipher what they are saying. I fall asleep now listening to their music and in no way does it make me aggressive, quite the contrary. It makes me feel at peace and thankful I found Jesus.

Sometimes, we should just know that we are in no place to make any judgement about certain things at all... like when we are ignorant of them, or when they have nothing to do with us.
Like in the circumstance of us not "understanding the words" or understanding the genre as a whole.
I can't judge Chinese music for this very same reason. If you can't understand "metal", don't judge it. Allow others to do so, and don't get involved.
