There is no Human climate change ---Period ---God is in complete control of the Climate -------not humans ---God gave humans the responsibility of being Stewart's of this ground earth and the animals etc in it only ------the 3 heavens are not included in this Stewartship deal ------

This is a fear tactic started by Al Gore who has made millions from peddling this false narrative selling his books ------and now it has grown in size and has created much anxiety for many people running wild trying the save this planet when no human can save this planet -----this planet is going to be destroyed by God ------not humans ----- and what a shock for the humans that are left here to experience God's wrath and witness the end of His world as they know it -----

Yep, so we must be wary of the news. Cold fusion, as of right now, is probably impossible. We are more likely to achieve hot fusion by the end of this decade. :) I always trust AP and Reuters, as they are more centered than CNN or Fox. In other words, they look at both sides.
I don't pay too close attention to any news now but fusion may still be a dream only. There was a group in Harvard, Illinois trying to promote Thorium fueled fission reactors. Possible???? Oil makes the world go round. Conservative means the way I have been making big money in the past is the way I will continue to make big money in the future. Maybe simple view of economy.

The prophetic statements of God might indicate something.
Ezekiel 20:24 Because they had not executed my judgments, but had despised my statutes, and had polluted my sabbaths, and their eyes were after their fathers’ idols. 25 Wherefore I gave them also statutes that were not good, and judgments whereby they should not live; 26 And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD.

We have to go for the energy source that gives us the cheapest electric bill. If renewables become cheaper than coal and gas, then we should switch to that, to protect our wallets. If gas is cheaper than renewables, then stick with gas, and ease the renewables in as gas rises in price.

Thorium isn't practical right now, so the best source of power at the moment is wind or solar, with fossil fuel backup plants. When the wind goes down, the backup natural gas plant could kick in. Engineers are working around the clock to make new wind turbines with components that are near 100% recyclable. In 2022, I say a mix of fossil and renewable will work. If renewables become, say 10-20% cheaper over product lifespan than fossil, then make the switch. It is all down to economics. Once a new source of power becomes cheaper, then go for it. Even if that source of power is renewable.

I personally believe climate change is real, even though the earth was warmer 200 million years ago, but the rate of warming is much faster than it has even been. But even if climate change isn't real, if wind becomes way cheaper than fossil in say, 2030, I'd say go for wind. Lower our expensive electric bills.

I don't see any mention of Thorium. Why?
You said "There was a group in Harvard, Illinois trying to promote Thorium fueled fission reactors".

Thorium is a rare metal, and would be too costly to acquire at the moment to be a feasible energy source for cities. It takes investment, but will take years for that stuff to become commercially viable. In the mean time, wind and traditional nuclear are orders of magnitude cheaper than thorium based reactors.

I have no idea. Processing for presently used nuclear fuels sounds complex and therefore costly? How do any of these fuels really compare in price is probably manipulated and politicized so that true value is never apparent. Big money people are possibly not even knowledgeable. Do fossil fuel based industry interests feel threatened? If so, what is their response? My sense is all wars start from economic issues.

It is true that all wars start with economic issues, so in order to be patriotic, we must get off of Middle Eastern fuels, and switch to our own, nationally generated energy. :)

Years ago, 2000's ???, this guy was trying to make suggestions of nuclear options. Some commercials on tv maybe. What happened to his ideas??..https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carlo_Rubbia.

If Mid East nations aren't selling oil what income will they live on? >>How much sand do you purchase weekly?

Haha... They have enough sunlight to go solar there, and export the electricity. Saudi Arabia is planning on building a city called Neom that will be powered by solar energy. It looks kinda ugly, and the government over there will be displacing desert tribes, but they have a backup plan when oil is no longer used.

No resource is infinite. Even if human beings develop environmentally friendly technologies and completely replace those backward ones, eventually when these resources are exhausted, if human beings have any sense, will have to go back to riding horses or The camel.

Or, live in cities that are more walkable. Some architects proposed vertical city designs where inhabitants can walk or take the elevator from their apartment to school, offices, grocery stores and other amenities commonly found in a regular city. These concepts would help reduce urban sprawl and automobile dependency (which takes fuel)

France has been exporting electricity and never had any nuke incidents. Maybe if Mid East and North Africa follow France's ways and also go renewables??? >>>Sounds too easy!!???>>>I had low level DoD clearance but DoE was no go. Energy sources and production is very controlled.

That might work, but would definitely take time. Already, the Middle East is slowly investing in renewables. We'll have to see what the next 10-25 years bring.

It wasn't too many tears ago some folks here in Illinois on horseback told me they felt just that way. When Jesus returns He will straighten us out. Revelation mentions New Jerusalem which is way beyond our thinking.

I hate pollutants in our environment more than most. Breathing the heavy metals that drop out of the trade winds from China and India industry and power plants is disgusting criminal activity on their part. Those powers that shouldn't be in this country are also to blame. At the very least they should put sanctions on all imports until they are inspected and censors installed for compliance. However, I do not believe that people are changing the climate by heating their homes and transportation. There are several reasons that the billionaires have bought this agenda to impose on the first world nations.

Who is to say that there are not resources yet undiscovered and technologies yet unrevealed?
Todays climate alarmist are trying to solve a problem that humanity cannot solve apart from God.
