As the church grew it was called to his attention that body odors remained in the carpet and chairs where they would set. He was asked to address the issue in which he did.
He hired a contractor to rip out the carpet and replaced it with a wooden type floor. He replaced the padded chairs with wooden benches and steel folding chairs and each time after service he would mop the floors and wipe down the chairs and benches.
He has since gone to be with the Lord but what an example of a man of God.

Wow. I get back from vacation and I see Mr God4me is causing doctrinal havoc in every thread he contributes to.

Just a heads up on this guy:

He believes that if you don't speak in tongues, you are not saved.

He believes that you don't receive the Holy Spirit when you initially get saved.

He believes that Jesus went to literal hell and was tortured/suffered there.

He (obviously) from this thread, believes if you are not a snappy dresser, you aren't a Christian.

He believes in performance salvation based on works.

In other words, he would be right at home on TBN.

I had to go back somewhat to see where the thread has started to take a nose dive. Please do not make personal attacks. your opinion are fine but your comments are insulting.
