Did God give people sin?

While I appreciate all that you said, I was hoping for a more concise answer to my questions in the most simplest way. Again,the question posed to the group was “did god create sin?” I’m only wish to know what is meant be create and what is the biblical definition sin.
You said “sin is the rebellion againts god”while I agree 100% that rebellion is a sin, I don’t believe it is biblical the definition of sin.
So I don’t believe my questions were answered. Thank you for your thoughts though

Sin is described in many ways, because it encompasses many attitudes and actions. Some of the descriptions are vile, wicked, ugly, selfish, destructive, unprofitable etc.

God didn't create sin as it wasn't created it is something that one does. Create is something that only God can do, no other person or creature can create a single speck of dust. We can only manipulate matter which has already been created.

Hi I’m new to this forum and Christian discussion, so bare with me. I have 2 question on your thought: 1)what do you mean by “create” sin? I guess I’m asking what is yours or the biblical definition of the word create? 2) what is the biblical or your definition of sin?

Well perhaps I can word things better the definition of sin is anything opposed to God for instance God has many times declared that idolatry is a sin because it leads to worshipping someone or something instead of God meaning it's opposite of what God wants people to do, anything that God does not want us to do is classified as sin.
Another example would be as Slayer pointed out outright rebellion such as God giving an order and us either ignoring or being against his orders like say if God told an individual to do a task like destroy and burn a place because it's offensive to him and the individual did not follow through that is sin.
To put things a bit more simple sin is anything that will not lead to serving God, glorifying God, or praising God but, rather lead one to not be honest with God and eventually hate God.
