There are two issues, firstly God does work through people His will to do. Judas is an example and as Genesis says "God meant it for good."

The other thing is that mankind has free will and will often do things out of malice because they are evil.

So, are you saying God condones murder despite the God given commandment "thou shall not kill (murder)" or are you saying something else?
Nah..........he/she is just looking for ways to criticize me.......... :) he/she don't like me much, and that's ok........

I think I gave my perspective, supported by God's words, already.
I would remind you that, per your latter question, the answer too is in scripture. God doth murder. God doth kill. God did command his chosen Hebrews to kill.
All things are of God and for his purpose.
The mistake we make is to think like a human and therein think God must meet that standard when we are pricked by what we read of God and his doing, by his will, for his purpose, and for his glory.

Job's wife. Did she die of natural causes? Or was she dispatched after Satan entered Heaven and made a wager with the almighty creator as to Job's conviction?

We cannot say we believe the Bible to be the inspired word of God and then choose to disbelieve parts of it that we do not agree with.

And Judas? Judas repented and was forgiven by Christ from the cross. As were all who, "knew not what they do". I've seen this question asked, and have noted that myself a number of times in discussions such as this. No one seems to answer. Were it not for Judas how would Jesus have died so as to take the sins of the world upon himself on the cross? As he was born to do by God's will to bring the new covenant to the world.

Regarding the original question, I feel quite sorry for God at times.
He gets blamed for everything, while Satan gets off running His hands
in glee.
Because he was let to live and be lord of this world by God's will. And after, to enter Heaven and confer with God so as to do more here on earth.

"In other words, we cannot simply decide to believe one passage and ignore the other." (Gregory Boyd, 'God of the Possible,' p. 72).

Actually I have you set to ignore, as you seem to have a need to know. However, the system permits the thread titles and the named member on ignore to appear in the forum thread lists under, "new posts".
I think everyone here can see your charge against me is actually demonstrated repeatedly by yourself. Your "likes" show animus. As does your post above.

While to be very clear, it was you who chose to exploit the slaughter of four innocents in order to ask if God made it to happen. While showing not one iota to this moment of Christian compassion for their murders. You simply take one more opportunity to invite people to share your desire to cultivate open conflict among the saints.

To challenge us to argue with that one who's motives intend to exercise their own animus toward God's word and denominations of choice, like the Calvinists among us, so as to then watch as two sides seek to prove what God has already said is eternal, everlasting, and unchanging. That God means what he said.
In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and The Word was God.

God is sovereign.
You don't have to agree with that. You just choose to show us why you don't. Repeatedly.

No, I don't like you much. But then again, I've never been fond of pack minded bullies.
Now, you shall return on this forum setting to that place from whence you sprang.

And while I have spent a great deal of time with the animal wolf, I will say they are incredibly family oriented and honorable. Quite unlike those who don their profile when working against the kingdom.

You just b too fond of yourself..............and, IF you have me on Ignore...........THEN IGNORE me and do not keep responding to my comments...............that's kinda elementary for IGNORE............

Put someone on Ignore, and then spend the next several days following them around so you can X their comments?

too, tooooooooo funny

well, it is very clear from Scripture that 'satan' is the 'god' of this world -
and when Adam 'fell', he 'forsook' The Only God for a 'false-god', and
mankind has been under that 'false god's rule' from that time on...

personally, we can't believe that satan's wicked/works, and
wicked/influences is God's Will...

We believe that it is the consequences of disobedience 'from the beginning'...

we believe that God cannot 'command sin', but He will certainly 'allow' us to
participate in it, if it is our own deluded 'WILL'...
