I sometimes take time to advise satan to repent and seek God for mercy. The church shows forth God's willingness to forgive the penitent. Maybe satan is supposed to learn from that and change his attitude to God. If God's decree regarding Nineveh was not set in stone, but meant to motivate them to repent, maybe God's decrees regarding satan and demons has the same intention. but so long as Satan hasn't done so, I remain opposed to him.
There is no redemption for angels. Jesus didn't become like them nor die for them.

Hmmm...so since the saints in eternity WON'T be ABLE to freely make choices to sin or not, I guess all free wills got tossed into the Lake of Fire along with all their hosts who used to boast about the mighty power and autonomy and their will?
I am confident that saints will be able to want whatever they want to want in the age to come and beyond. Keep in mind that the cross is a perpetual sacrifice. It avails forever under the terms of an endless covenant..

Uhhh. I don’t think so. It’s too late. Satan has already been sentenced to death.

Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Son of man, take up a lamentation for the king of Tyre, and say to him, 'Thus says the Lord GOD: "You were the seal of perfection, Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The sardius, topaz, and diamond, Beryl, onyx, and jasper, Sapphire, turquoise, and emerald with gold. The workmanship of your timbrels and pipes Was prepared for you on the day you were created. "You were the anointed cherub who covers; I established you; You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked back and forth in the midst of fiery stones. You were perfect in your ways from the day you were created, Till iniquity was found in you. "By the abundance of your trading You became filled with violence within, And you sinned; Therefore I cast you as a profane thing Out of the mountain of God; And I destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the fiery stones. "Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor; I cast you to the ground, I laid you before kings, That they might gaze at you. "You defiled your sanctuaries By the multitude of your iniquities, By the iniquity of your trading; Therefore I brought fire from your midst; It devoured you, And I turned you to ashes upon the earth In the sight of all who saw you. All who knew you among the peoples are astonished at you; You have become a horror, And shall be no more forever." ' "

- Ezekiel 28:11-19
It sounded like it was too late for Nineveh, and for the rebellious Israelites God was going to replace with Moses' progeny. God is person, who relates to other persons as persons. He is not an algorithm that plays out regardless of His creatures' changing responses to Him.

I see, you were just answering for them?

So, which part are you saying is not true, their Doctrine of TULIP?
I am just pointing that their use of an alter call in no way falls within a reformed belief! I'm not speaking for them, I'm speaking for myself! And I might point out that they would probably agree with you - that belief must happen before your heart is changed.

You limit the grace and mercy of God. Your view of God is too small to fit the epic God of the Bible.
While my view of an infinite God as seen through a finite mind may in this regard seem small, in human terms it is not. But so long as the forgiveness of sin is predicated upon an atonement, Satan will not be forgiven unless such an atonement has been made.

Since God's will is never contingent on any of his creatures (Eph 1:11) , how can he show any "partiality"?

Ephesians 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

This does not mention contingency, nor does it deny that God's will is contingent on any of His creatures' changing responses to Him. You really need to learn to quote the verses and show how they support your opinions, rather than merely sprinkle verse references among your assertions pretending they support your claims.

Has God told you that such an atonement cannot be made? It sounds like you would resent God granting to some other class of creature the same grace you are pleased to have bestowed upon yourself.

It's pretty easy to skim pages and it was right after your post until my post which is roughly 20+ minutes.
I read the first couple words and can tell if it's about Free Will or not.

And Pilate, Pharisee/Sadducees, Herod are a special situation made just for Jesus.

I hate when people take special things to fulfill a specific plan of God and turn that into all of the time.

The Bible proves that does not happen that way.

A special thing like Jesus dying for Sins only happens ONE TIME EVER!
On the other hand, people like to make things "special" so that they can subsequently make false dichotomies and conveniently equivocate when it suits them.

And so what part "worketh all things after the counsel of his own will", don't you understand? He works nothing after the counsel of any of his creatures' will. And you clearly didn't understand that God does all things for his own Name's sake and for his OWN Glory. Which means he does nothing for the sake of his creatures.

And you ignored my question: What would compel or induce a thrice holy God to be partial to any of his sinful creatures since there isn't any good in any of us?

My friends, who are Southern Baptist said even though it's not encouraged but many parishioners actually now speak in tongues. I guess they are really changing their ways. That is wonderful news. Thank You for updating me (y)

You can always put me on ignore.

But yet you keep quoting me like you have from when you did out of the blue from a few days ago.
I am asking that you prove to yourself that you have the free will to show honor, respect, and dignity, and stop writing to me.

Jesus coming and dying for sins was a one time event. You don't think God ensured things would go as Planned?

This is why I often choose not to discuss with you. You have no problem insinuating things to others that are fabrication, as well as insinuating things never mentioned.
Anything is possible with God, and I would that all would know the salvation of God.
Grace and peace.

Exactly

Another, key issue is how we are born.

We all are born with the natural ability to love and respond to love and the messages of love.

Their fallen man is so depraved, so dead, so incapacitated to act, even at birth, all he thinks about is sin, because he is a slave to sin.

This is pure Calvinism/Augustine, no way around it.
Far More importantly...it's pure, unadulterated, undiluted scripture!

And what else can the spiritually dead think about "from birth"? After all, we were all born in darkness when we entered this world. Sin isn't merely second nature to us; it IS our nature! Evil is what we ARE!

12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the worldly forces of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
