Substance dualism is the truth. It's how God created not only us but all things. If you want to talk to atheistic materialists using physics you should be explaining first to them that they are more than their physical bodies, that their own scientific knowledge reveals that, IMO. Not trying to tell them that physical reality is evil and the result of sin, firstly because that's not true and secondly because it isn't productive to the furthering of the gospel.

I've never claimed Jesus had sin in his heart. You have to be physical to interact with this fallen reality. Make sure you don't question what it means for Jesus to be able to walk through walls. Or to use Light Waves to cause the Shroud of Turin.
