Animals were either clean or unclean before Moses and the 10 comandments
And before that animals were not for food either. But things change.

I don't understand why most Christians believe that one should obey 9 of the 10 commandments and forget the commandment that begins with the word(remember)
I believe we should follow all of the commandments. Jesus rose on Sunday.

Just like the Catholics don't worship idols even though they are all over their churches.
Catholic Church don't have idols. If I say that lightswitches are idols and your church is full of them, that does not make it so.

First of all, I don't hate catholics, I just believe they have false teachings. Also, yes the predictions of the second coming was wrong, but has nothing to do with keeping the Sabbath.
So because a sea captain says that Christians must worship on Saturday, that means I should believe in a woman prophet?

The day on which Jesus rose has nothing to do with the Sabbath. Actually Jesus rested on the Sabbath in the grave. Even though He was doing the Fathers will and suffering and dying so people could be saved, He still took time to rest on the Sabbath.

No duh. Christians originally gathered because of the day Jesus rose. They went to the synagogue on Saturday and then met with Christians on Sunday. Christians were expelled from the synagogues and so they met on Sunday together.

Yes, He rested and ceased from all of His labor in His work of the salvation of man, thus fulfilling the shadow that was the sabbath. The Father looked at the work He had done and said it was good.

Baloney. Catholics are so superstitious they venerate the dust in the corner. You can deceive yourself if you wish but some of us are going to walk in the light and see the truth.

If you followed Christ, the Christ of the bible you would not be in the SDA church. Who is Jesus? What was His purpose among men?

Six days you shall labor and do all your work
(Exodus 20:9)

is the American 5-day work-week sinful?
how far should we take this condemnation of our brothers and sisters?

But doesn't that mean they have the mark of the beast, thus unsaved?

When I was semi-SDA, everything was Sabbath. That and talking about Catholicism.
You are not unsaved when you gather on Sunday but the saved will gather on Sabbath. Honoring the seventh day is the fruit of salvation, not the means to it.

Understanding Bible prophecy, as it relates to the Beast, is huge. It covers years of earth's history and brings understanding, clarity and hope to people. That's what prophecy does. There is so much more than just the Sabbath and Catholicism but if you don't see them two its hard to go any further. There is so much more to relearn but you must first identify the means by which the enemy is deceiving. Once you do then it's easier to accept how the majority of the world is following the Beast or its image.

The Catholic Church has it's problems. As do other Christian Church's. Some believe in the handling of deadly snakes. The one "doctrine" in all Christian Church's is that they accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour as the Catholic Church does.

“Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.” (Colossians 2:16–17).

You have six days in which to do all your work, it doesn't say you must work six days but it defiantly says the seventh day belongs to the Lord. There is a difference between condemnation and conviction. The unsaved are condemned, the saved are convicted. Godly conviction is good because it lead to repentance and salvation.

2 Corinthians 7:10 For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.

I am a SDA because of the bible. I used to be a Pentecostal and then a Lutheran. The more time I spent in Gods' word the more and more I learned that SDA is the closest to the original bible Christians teaching.

I personally believe the Church of God seventh day is the closest. cog7.org

Did you know the early church never gathered on Sunday?.
Did you know the early church never went into a Barnes and Noble and bought a bible?

What does that have to do with serving God? Why do you resist Christ? Paul told us what Christ told him to, in that, the day we worship doesn't matter, as long as we worship God. Do you think Paul is lying? Do you think he wasn't tutored by Christ? You think we should just tear out the pages that Paul wrote?
