Lol I initially tried the same thing too when I first joined, to keep things light, but would get accused of having a haughty attitude or comming off as "better than".. I do like to be thought-provoking though.
What happens when you hit a dead end in your doctrine.

the bible is a doctrine destroyer.

the Streisand effect gets invoked when we are shown we are wrong, but continue into the next rabbit trail, and the next, and the next ....ultimately being embarrassed.

by you claiming to be "all knowing" with "all knowledge" is the stage for you to get embarrassed.

But you got that knack of deflection going on.

So Jesus never got into a boat.
It was a spiritual matter?

The bible has both literal and spiritual dynamics all through it.

Example is Elijah's mantle.

if you are thinking on physical things like a boat then you may not have yet found the spiritual dimensions to them.

I am speaking of rev 5.
Jesus takes the scroll from the hand of the Father.
That is 100% literal.
Not open to hyper spiritualized reframing to suit the need to toss out the literal.

Thst is the issue.

You have a need to reframe verses to make scripture suit you.
Just before taking the scroll, it also describes the Messiah as a slaughtered lamb. That's what John saw. So then if we go by the literal, when the Messiah is in heaven he has hooves and horns and multiple eyes and walks around on all fours. So how did he take the scroll, with His teeth? So when the Messiah is in heaven He's an animal? 100% literal.

Symbolizing something is NOT spiritualizing it.

you cant just randomly ascribe spiritual meanings to literal verses
It's not random, it's based on what the scriptures have initially defined those symbols to mean, without which if we dont follow the scriptures then we randomly interpret what the visions in Revelation mean as many, many people have.

You claim to know without reservation every dynamic of the book of revelation.
you claim there are no mysteries.

Since we have your eminence at hand, could you go ahead and tell us what the seven thunders uttered?

(since you know everything)
Show me where I've made this claim. Direct me to the post. Stop projecting onto me what you truly feel about yourself reguarding Revelation's prophecies.

What are you talking about.
The literal Jesus incarnate was prophesied in the OT.
The bible LITTERALLY AUTHENTICATES itself through those prophetic words to BE TAKEN LITTERALLY.

Your need for the mark, the plagues and other dynamics to be some spiritual abstract is DEPENDANT on your creativity to MAKE those verses say something else.
No, let's just allow scripture to explain itself.

Others get what I'm saying, but you don't. So let's just go to the text again. Starting from the beginning:

At the beginning of the book we see the Messiah in the midst of candlesticks holding 7 stars in His hand. You're telling me this to be understood as literally happening? Even though the Messiah HIMSELF explains what the candlesticks REPRESENT and what the stars REPRESENT?

I'm regurgitating what the Messiah said; that the stars and candlesticks are symbolic and mean something...you're saying they're literal?

What happens when you hit a dead end in your doctrine.

You seem to be projecting a LOT of hidden feelings onto me.

Hosea 4:1-6 You inhabitants of the Land of Israel, hear the Word of the Lord: [the Jewish State of Israel] There is no good faith or loyalty and no [very little] acknowledgement of God in the Land. People break oaths, they kill and commit adultery. Violence and apostasy rule, there is no justice. But it is not for mankind to bring charges, it is My contention and it is with you, the prophets and priests. Day and night you blunder on in your ignorance of My true Word. You bring your nation to ruin with your want of knowledge. As you reject the teaching of God, so I reject you as My priests.
Therefore the Land will be made desolate and all who live in it will suffer, the animals, birds and even the fish will vanish.

Hosea 4:7-19 The more priests there are, the more they sin against Me. Their dignity I shall turn into dishonor. The leaders of My people [Judah and Israel] have given themselves to immorality and strong drink, their wits are dulled and they seek advice from divinators. A people so devoid of understanding will soon come to grief, a powerful wind will hit them and they will realize their practices and beliefs are a delusion.

Hosea 5:1-12 Hear then, you congregation leaders of My people: Sentence is passed on you because you have misled your flocks. I shall punish all those who spread false doctrines and now all Ephraim, Israel [the Western nations] have become promiscuous and their misdeeds have barred their way back to their God. So now a terrible invader is set to devour their lands.
Sound the alarm! On the Day of wrath and punishment Ephraim will be laid waste, certain desolation is decreed for Israel and Judah.

Hosea 6:1-3 Come let us go back to the Lord, He has punished us but He will heal us. After two days He will revive us and on the third day, He will raise us up to live in His presence. Let us press on to know the Lord, His coming is as sure as the sunrise. He will come to us like a refreshing shower, like the spring rains He will water His people with the Holy Spirit.

‘after two days comes revival, on the third day we will live in His presence’

The Lord’s timeline: 4000 years before Christ = 4 days. Then 2000 years of church dispensation = 2 days, His people will be revived and back in the holy Land. Isaiah 62:1-5
Then after the Return of Jesus, He reigns for 1000 earthly years = 1 heavenly day, giving a total of 7000 years of earth time and 7 days of heaven time from Creation until Completion.
