psalm 36 refers to saving man and beast IN THIS WORLD,

in the ot saving did not refer to eternity,

you ARE getting desparate
Desperation? Hardly. Merely in sink with the loving graciousness of our Creator. But I digress, you proclaim God creates things just for the sake of decimating them into oblivion. Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Try again.

God wil redeem His creations. He created nothing for the purpose of death.

The Bible says He keeps track of every sparrow that falls

Why? I think because He will redeem them, too.

Is anything to hard for God?????

He loves life not death.

Psalm, this earned you a rep. :)

Well, I will have to wait for it to happen to understand it. For now, I dont understand what is good in a forgetting the facts. Probably the verse 16 can shed a little light:

"for they shall forget the former affliction, it shall not come into their mind."

The painful affliction will not come to mind, this I would understand. But to delete our life facts? I dont know. It would rise a lot of question, to see the hell and the smoke rising from it for all eternity and do not remember what it is...

"And the smoke of their torment will rise for ever and ever." Rev 14:11
But does the Bible say that upon the new earth we will see that smoke of torment, or is it only before the Judgment Seat that we see that? I tend to believe that we will not, because if we did then we would spend eternity mourning those who didn't make it into heaven. In this case, I think the situation will truly be 'out of sight, out of mind'.

Very true. Think of the Old Testament acts of sacrifice... we sin and lose our way into heaven. But God allowed them to send an animal to hell in their place. But if the animal was already destined for hell, what good does the sacrifice do? The animal sacrifice instead allowed them to substitute ourselves into the animal's place in heaven.

I'm fairly certain that one of my past dogs had a soul. The others have all been sweet and good friends, but one in particular really understood human emotions and knew that comforting was her job. I see no reason why they wouldn't continue to glorify God in the next life. In the 1,000 year reign of Christ, it says that the lion will lay down next to the lamb. I think this signifies that animals are all killing each other now because they are subject the fallen world because of human sin. When things are perfected, this will not be the case. Will this end after the reign of Christ when we enter eternity? I don't see why it would.

So God randomly hands out souls to animals. Not all of them. Just some. God it.

Who knows? Anyone that claims certainty is fooling themselves. I don't consciously consider the fact that rats or sharks might have souls, but that doesn't mean they don't. Dogs and cats are easy for us to envision as having soul-like features. But it's all a mystery.

Will animals live after death?

What are your opinions and/or biblical verses you want to share about this topic?
Animals in the Bible are generally pictures in the Bible's parable language of people and sometimes of God as well. This is because the Bible is not to be understood as a surface text, but rather as an interpreted text. Will there be a lamb in heaven? Sure, because Jesus is the lamb. Will there be a lion in heaven? Sure, because Jesus is the lion. Will there be a white horse in heaven? Sure because a horse is a picture of Jerusalem, which is another way of saying of God's saved persons. When the Bible says that God knows all the birds of the mountains, as in Psalm 50 (for example), it means he knows in a saving way all of the people that are his own in his kingdom.

Maybe, maybe not. Everything that God created is good, including animals. Did he create them for only temporary glory? I dunno. Nobody does for sure.

I disagree.. When God commanded people to bring Him animal sacrifices, they didn't kill and burn a HUMAN.. They killed a ram or sheep or some similar animal.. Jesus knows all his creations, both human, animal and insect.

Here is another thing to consider. We were never intended to die physical deaths.....death is only the result of the fall. So animals dying is only a result of human sinning. So yes, after further thought, animals will live forever in the kingdom. That's probably my final answer, but I might change my mind tomorrow. Honestly there are 1 million other things I want to know more than this.

:alien: there is a written scripture where a pet save his master
:read:
Numbers 22:22
God became angry that he was going. So the Messenger of the LORD stood in the road to stop him. Balaam was riding on his donkey, accompanied by his two servants.
23*When the donkey saw the Messenger of the LORD standing in the road with his sword drawn, the donkey turned off the road into a field. Balaam hit the donkey to get it back on the road.
24*Where the road went through the vineyards, it was narrow, with stone walls on both sides. Now the Messenger of the LORD stood there.
25*When the donkey saw the Messenger of the LORD, it moved over and pinned Balaam's foot against the wall. So Balaam hit the donkey again.
26*Then the Messenger of the LORD moved ahead and stood in a narrower place where there was no room to turn to the right or the left.
27*When the donkey saw the Messenger of the LORD, it lay down under Balaam. Balaam became so angry he hit the donkey with his stick.
28*Then the LORD made the donkey speak, and it asked Balaam, "What have I done to make you hit me three times?"
29*Balaam answered, "You've made a fool of me! If I had a sword in my hand, I'd kill you right now."
30*The donkey said to Balaam, "I'm your own donkey. You've always ridden me. Have I ever done this to you before?" "No," he answered.
31*Then the LORD let Balaam see the Messenger of the LORD who was standing in the road with his sword drawn. So Balaam knelt, bowing with his face touching the ground.
32*The Messenger of the LORD asked him, "Why have you hit your donkey three times like this? I've come here to stop you because the trip you're taking is evil.
33*The donkey saw me and turned away from me these three times. If it had not turned away from me, I would certainly have killed you by now but spared the donkey."

:smoke: and
:idontknow: why those people on that time
doesnt realise this
:read:
Luke 19:30
He said to them, "Go into the village ahead of you. As you enter, you will find a young donkey tied there. No one has ever sat on it. Untie it, and bring it.
31*If anyone asks you why you are untying it, say that the Lord needs it."
32*The men Jesus sent found it as he had told them.
33*While they were untying the young donkey, its owners asked them, "Why are you untying the donkey?"
34*The disciples answered, "The Lord needs it."
35*They brought the donkey to Jesus, put their coats on it, and helped Jesus onto it.
36*As he was riding along, people spread their coats on the road.

:8) as jesus the only begooten son of god
know the importance of that donkey
on that time then he also know what he will do on our part
when it comes to our pet animals
:read:
Revelation of John 20:4
I saw thrones, and those who sat on them were allowed to judge. Then I saw the souls of those whose heads had been cut off because of their testimony about Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or its statue and were not branded on their foreheads or hands. They lived and ruled with Christ for 1,000 years.
~;> IF THOSE PEOPLE WHO WERE TESTED UNTIL THEIR DEATH AGAINTS THOSE EVIL THINGS
THEN BEEN BROUGHT TO LIFE AGAIN AND
WISH FOR SOMETHING AND IF SOME OF THEM CHOICE TO BE WITH THEIR PETS THEN WE CERTAINLY HOPE THAT IT IS NOT TO MUCH TO ASK ... .

:ty:

godbless us all always

It blows my mind that people sell God short on His glory.

I agree. Most just assume that animals are only here for our pleasure. They have a soul and/or a spirit, God created them, so it makes sense he would gather them all back to him someday. :)

Actually, the bible is quite clear that animals will be in heaven. If lions and lambs are there, then surely cats and dogs and all species of animals will be there too. Animals DO have a spirit and/or a soul, so who are we, in our uninformed state, to assume that they WON'T be in heaven? God says that ALL creation will praise his name one day. :) I'm fairly sure God understands the woofs, meows, and chirps of animals singing His praises.. JMO
