I think im missing the Point.....I think Im being bamboozled by woman who start threads. :)
lol bamboozled?

I thought the point was if you feared God and did things that pleased Him, then you didn't have to worry about what the people in the shadows whispered or plotted against you because God would not allow you to be killed before your time.

That death is not the end but the beginning because that is when you join your Heavenly Father but until we go to our eternal rest we work for the glory of His name and day by day we receive His bread and allow the living waters to flow from our heart and be spoken by our mouths to remind others of God and His promises and His judgements.

Yes people and world will plot against you. Jesus tells us that they will, but He commanded His disciples thusly:

Mark 13:11
But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

we are not to concern ourselves with the plots of evil men but with what is good and holy and pleasing to God. those things God wants us to meditate upon.

Colossians 3
12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; 13 bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. 14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection. 15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

I think what your missing is we are warned by Jesus of things to come, even His warnings that we will be hated by all nations, and even killed. Since we see even the best followers of Christ, His disciples being sawed in two, crucified, killed with the sword, and beheaded we can assume this form of death will not escape us, which is why He tells His followers in Jerusalem to FLEE! when they see the antichrist proclaiming he is God in the most holy place. you don't have to think about the painful ways Christians have died in the past for their faith, this will in no way keep it from happening to you, but knowing whats suppossed to happen can make you alert to places not to be when the antichrist arrives, such as Egypt, Libyia, and Ethiopia will not escape his hand, but Edom, Moab, and the prominent people of Ammon will. the bible is very clear those who are alert and awake will not be surprised like a thief in the night at the second coming of Jesus or the things that come before the second coming

It is written so that we can be:

16Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. 17But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; 18And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. 19But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

what you are missing is that no matter how much you run away from death, physical death will still come.

What you seem to forget are these words:

Matthew 10:28
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

God tells us not so we might run away but so that we might STAND and be witnesses unto the world of God's truth.

We are to fear God not any earthly threat. We are to be and do what God commands us.

Not act out of fear of Earthly threats and flee from places God may place us.

We are to be prepared to die for our faith but not dwell upon the plots of wicked people but upon GOD and His words.

yes! you should try to make yourself as naive and unaware of satans schemes as possible, so that way you can fall right into them?
Romans 16:19
For your obedience has become known to all. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.

actually I'm of the opposite mindset of running, and rely more on the scriptures of Hebrews 11:35 "others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection"

I actually look forward to the great tribulation, and a day where I can stand proudly ready to die for my faith in Jesus Christ

I think this whole post has been misread by myself and others as soon as the word conspiracy was used, as anyone who believes in conspiracies have been regarded as nuts, yet over and over through history and the bible we see conspiracies are happening both in the spiritual realm and here on earth. actually the reality of the matter is every Christian should believe conspiracies are happening because its simply a fact that the earth continues to get more wicked and evil as it gets closer to the end, more wars more famines, if you don't see more conpiracies in that environment than what could I say to possibly convince you that conspiracies are simply a fact of life

yes! its much better to not know about what wicked people do, as Solomon once said ignorance is bliss
I think not knowing anything evil would be a much happier life, but considering I can not undo knowledge already received, I'm simply stuck with understanding whats actually going on. but that aside standing by and just pretending I don't know whats happining is not an option. I am forced to speak outloud and expose satans plans, as I see them

qesher: conspiracy
Original Word: קֶ֫שֶׁר
Part of Speech: Noun Masculine
Transliteration: qesher
Phonetic Spelling: (keh'-sher)
Short Definition: conspiracy

strong number 7195

other use of the word:

2 Kings 11:14
BIB: וַתִּקְרָ֖א קֶ֥שֶׁר קָֽשֶׁר׃ ס
KJV: and cried, Treason, Treason.

in this case the word is called out as a sign of alarm. It makes me read again the verse and show that God does not want us to be surprised by evil doers but to trust in Him even when others plot against us.

Isaiah 8
13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself and let him be your fear and let him be your dread
14 And he shall be for a sanctuary but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem
15 And many among them shall stumble and fall and be broken and be snared and be taken
16 Bind up the testimony seal the law among my disciples

these verses are repeated in the NT:

1 Peter 2
7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious but unto them which be disobedient the stone which the builders disallowed the same is made __ the head of the corner
8 And a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence even to them which stumble at the word being disobedient whereunto __ also they were appointed

Your approach is very academic.

My simple heart and mind simply listens to what things mean.

ok......ummm do you feel the need to talk? ... would you like some attention?

not really sure the relevance of your statements to the discussion.....

. its one of my faults, I'm not that big into small talk, though I try and make an effort every so often.. Most of the time, my mind wanders onto these type of thoughts.....so I post them, because I get tired of talking to myself....

I happen to enjoy reading the Bible in various languages and seeing how all the verses connect and tie together. How God is able to weave His message throughout the various authors and yet maintain the same Gospel message and prophecy throughout it all. Offering hope when around them is despair. Keeping His remnant pure so that the SEED may be born of the spiritual lineage of Abraham. I like looking at history and the time periods that each account is thought to be written. Learning the prevailing beliefs in the region, etc. I don't really consider it scholarly, its just the way my mind works and how I meditate upon God's words.

so...I'm going back to my studies..

.....unless you would like to talk about the weather or something... its raining ALOT, due to the tropical depression Beryl moving off the coast near here....

ummm I think our definition about expanding differs greatly... but ok....

I don't think the verse means that we even say there is an evil agenda is happening. We can recognize it but God still wants us to trust Him and not worry about it.

Changing the words from "conspiracy" to "evil agenda" doesn't convey any difference to me. you could call it either one and it would have the same outcome. In turn I don't think God wants us to call out either one but to pray and trust in Him.

however if you would like more info open your Bible and look inside...

People avoid the word "conspiracy" , so let us be clear there is an evil agenda/ Rebellion happening right in front of our eyes...

But, I agree with you and have said always make your foundation Yahvah God and Yahshua the Messiah and fear nothing that comes to pass.

Let them kill your mortal body to save your soul.

oh perhaps that is why I was confused by your statement.

I don't avoid the word "conspiracy" It doesn't matter to me if we use the word or not.

I believe in calling an apple an apple.

Another translation for the word from Hebrew is Treason. that makes me think Treason against who?

Is it really against us mortals or against Almighty God?

if people plot against us, we can forgive them.

However if they plot against God and His truth, all we can do is pray that they turn from their wickedness.

Its something to think about. anyways I have to do some chores. maybe we'll talk later...

Of course it is not about us, they were Rebelling long before we came into the world.

We will play our part and put on our Full armor of Yahvah God and Yahshua the Messiah.

We either Repent or Rebel some in ignorance others in a desire to become "gods" themselves.

Okay, well have a good day.
