If God the father knows everything then why doesn't Jesus the Son know the hour or the day only the Father? If they were the same person they would know everything the same.

Mark 13:32 *But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

Easily explained, especially if Trinity error is broomed. The Greek is oida (inherent intuitive knowledge), not any form of gnosis/epignosis (participatory experiential knowledge). Jesus had a human rational soul with a mind that didn't inherently know by intuition. Intuiton is a function of the spirit, not the soul.

Yes jesus is God.

Jesus helped the father in creation.

Jesus was the great I AM who spoke to moses

Jesus was promised all in the beginning of time (he stated the ones you promised me before time began)

Jesus was in the beginning before any creation was even created

we are told in Heb 7. Jesus had no beginning, no end, He was not created, nor will he ever die (cease to exist) This can ONLY be spoken of God, for no creation had no beginning

This is true. But... It doesn't mean the Word was eternally pre-existent AS a separate distinct "person".

Again, Considering the fact Jesus asked God to keep the promise the father made to him before time (creation) began shows that the father and the son were two separate distinct beings, Albeit spiritual in nature does it not?

Hi Saint,
I lay before you my belief. Please tell me where I am wrong, according to scripture.

I believe in God. I believe that God made the world through His Son. God spoke the world into being. The Word is His Son. The Word is from the beginning to the end so that all things might be in him. The Word became flesh, into the body prepared for him, born of Mary, called Jesus Christ. The Word became flesh. The Word was named Jesus Christ. He is our righteousness. We still sin but our sins are not counted against us because our Holy Father sees the sinless Son. I am God's workmanship in Jesus Christ . God is the head of Jesus Christ who is the head of man who in turn is the head of woman. In Jesus Christ we are being perfected by a renewing of our hearts and minds. We are all one, because we are able to live in Jesus Christ who lives in God .

edwin.

Please cant you see that the Son was made flesh, the Word. If you can not see this how can you have the Son. You are back in old testament times dealing directly with God.

yes, yes, may God bless you ed. not many could see that mystery, but you have seen
it has been revealed to you by the son, luke 10:22.
you have a wonderfull day.

wakeup.
I firmly believe

that Jesus is God. Anyone that tries to assert

that Jesus is some kind of lesser deity is

espousing Arianism.
Dear SantoSubito:

I agree. Jesus is God. Arianism is a false

belief.

But Arianism is not the only false

belief regarding God. There is also

Sabellianism, Nestorianism, Monophysitism,

Apollinarianism, Macedonianism. And there are

other heresies like Marcionism, Novatianism,

Gnosticism, Pelagianism, Donatism, Origenism,

and so on; and some consider Augustinianism

as heretical in some way, though Augustine

was not judged by the Church to himself

be a heretic, but a good teacher who

sometimes taught things not

so good; a man after God's heart, who

sometimes erred and taught some heresies like

Filioquism. He did so for good reasons, and he

was well-intentioned, just mistaken; and he

never put forth Filioque as a dogma that must

be believed in order to be saved. Unlike

Thomas Aquinas, who taught that believing the

Filioque is necessary for salvation. Augustine

didn't teach that. Thus, Roman Catholicism

contradicts itself. Take care. Scott/ Erie USA

I am new to this forum and could not even access all of the posts on this thread, but I do have a thought to throw out to some of the posts that seem to be questioning how the trinity can be three and one at the same time.

Do you believe as the bible says that a man and a woman become one through holy marriage? And are they are distinct individuals at the same time?

As far as I remember I saw in the book of genesis that God was speaking What should we do then. The word We means that God is with somebody & it is written in somewhere John 5 And Jesus said "Before Abraham was I am" He was saying that before the world began he was there he was saying that he is with God and that He was at His glorified form His Eternal form thus saying He is the one and only Son of God

No. And you've taken great liberty with the text itself. Better to quote than poorly paraphrase from foggy memory.

Separate distinct beings would be polytheism of multiple gods. Same for entities.

Neither are biblical.

Mankind is made up of what I'll call cells(us). This is governed by a head(Jesus Christ). Within this head is a brain(Father/intelligence). The cells make up the body(church) None of this would be any good without the life within(Holy Spirit). This does NOT make us gods but of God and one with Jesus/God.It is in this way that man was created in the image of God and how God is 3 in 1 but still all in all. God is life and the firstborn of every creature (colossians 1:15). God chose his son (Jesus) as a representative of the truth that he is ALL. The Alpha and the Omega. One God and a part of all things. The son (head) and Father(brain) are one with the Holy Spirit and aren't we blessed to be a part of God?

Do you believe Jesus is God as in Deity, but not the Father Himself?
If you don't believe, why not?

I believe Jesus is the Son of God; I believe Jesus is God.
Colossian 2:9

What say you?
I'm new to this site;

I believe that Jesus Christ was 100% God and 100% Man:

John 1

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2The same was in the beginning with God.
3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

...

14And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth Philippians 2:5-7

King James Version (KJV)

5Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
