lately i have..got a stack of books that need to be read..right now its unchristian,by dave kinnaman..halfway done..got about a chapter left on 'in a pit with a lion on a snowy day' by mark batterson..then i will go back to What love is this by Dave hunt/berean call..then i may wanna get 'you lost me' by Dave kinnaman..and i also got a used copy of "the shack" in the bathroom for bathroom reading..and..i got a book from the voice 'the dust off their feet' and also a place for skeptics/scott larsen/chris mitchell..and also Luke/immersion/common english bible book study..got a lotta reading to do!

I love reading the scriptures everyday, and I love good stories that encourage and are good testamonies.
I do not read any how to christian books, as I prefur to stick with the bible for these understandings.

The shack is a good one. I loaned that one to my mom and had to warn her to keep going past the sad part at the beginning...

I'm reading 'Christians secret of a happy Life' By Hannah Smith again. I highly recommend this book to everyone...

I read CS Lewis apologetic books, but those are more for the mind than the spirit.

I get more spiritual and emotional satisfaction from biographies, actually. I like seeing how God worked in people's lives, even when that's not the story they're trying to tell.

yes I've been reading it daily now!
I got a book about "guidance to new christians," which basically explains how to achieve being a good christian along with scripture references. It is there to help people learn more about God, what life is, their goal, love, purpose, how to keep praying, listening to God etc. Pretty good book.

sometimes the books i get aren't the typical 'christian topic books' but thats ok.like unchristian by dave kinnaman..so far..amazing..i wanna get his other book, 'you lost me'.
so far..its very thought provoking and stirs me up a bit.
