I voted yes, that I support female pastors... but that was before I read the post. I don't believe that females are ever meant to be in a position of authority over men. The key words there are "over men". Females are allowed to teach, preach, prophesy, even be apostles. But God "created them male and female" or "male, and then female". He will never change this order, not even in eternity, because God works by order, and when things are out of order, He cannot bless. The importance of order is best seen in the Godhead: three Persons of the same power and authority by all in order, not from greatest to least (which is how we see order and why so many people, especially some women, are so against any doctrine that seems to place women 'beneath' men) but from the first to the last. God's order is not hierarchical: it isn't vertical but horizontal; it isn't from top to bottom but from front to back or first to last. Looking at it this way, it's actually true that a man is naturally created to go first and that when he does so in a godly way, a woman is naturally inclined to follow behind (not beneath). So, yes, women can minister in pretty much any venue... but women cannot be over men (or exercise say-so or authority over men) because God did not create it to be natural to do so.
