Where does it say that in the Bible? What the Bible actually does say, is that God gives or allows to happen, a strong delusion to those who do not love the truth.

At the same time, we are told in Romans that there is no excuse for people to question the reality of God or worship false things, when the fact and truth of God, has been instilled in humankind by God Himself.

18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people, who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Romans 1
It’s a misreading of this

Take ye therefore good heed unto yourselves; for ye saw no manner of similitude on the day that the LORD spake unto you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire: lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure, the likeness of male or female, the likeness of any beast that is on the earth, the likeness of any winged fowl that flieth in the air, the likeness of any thing that creepeth on the ground, the likeness of any fish that is in the waters beneath the earth: and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven,

shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them,

which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭4:15-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

air actuallynis sayong God created the heavens and heavenly bodies and divided them to the nations for light and seasons ( genesis one ) but if a person reads it wrong it sounds like he’s saying “ I created the sun moon and stars as false gods for the nations to worship

really he’s warning them against idolatry saying if you make idols and worship them eventually you’ll look up and begin worshipping the heavenly bodies which I gave to the nations , as gods as your hearts will be driven to it by the iniquity of worshipping wood and stone rather than the living God

Even the concept of false gods was created by God so that we would have a choice.
I think I know what you were trying to say, but the concept of false gods was not created by God. But rather part of the sons of God(fallen angels) who sinned and were cast down out of the eternal presence of God to earth(Ezekiel 28:13-17)

Temporary judgement on all who've rejected our God Most High(since He's promised not to flood the entire earth again) is to turn them(all but Isreal) over the fallen sons of God... aka "false gods"(Romans 1:28-32..."but also give hearty approval to those who practice them"; Eph 6:12)

God has already destroyed all life on earth but a select few with the flood, told Moses/Isreal that He would go before them and fight on their behalf(Deut 1:29, 30; Joshua 5:13-15) after commanding them to completely destroy the inhabitants of Canaan(most likely doing the heavy lifting- Deut 1:22-28). Combine that with what will happen in Revelation we can see it not exactly a stretch

God did not cause "false gods"(Ezekiel 28:11-17; Isaiah 14:9-14...v13&14 known as the five "I will"s) but He will turn the unrighteous and wicked over to those they'd rather follow(Deut 32:8/ "sons of Israel" is the wrong wording. The ESV, Dead Seas Scrolls and Septuagint have the right wording with "sons of God"- Job 1:6; 2:1; 38:1-7, Gen 6:1-4) Those being the fallen angels who want to be like God and receive worship as if they were a god

No, that's not in Scripture anywhere.

God does say that He gave over the nations to other beings, but never taught anyone to consider them "gods"; that was their doing, and by that they rebelled against Him. His judgment upon them is declared in Psalm 82.
