Does God still speak to the people in our time today?

People in the biblical Christian world are not in agreement with various teachings and doctrines that their respective men pastors formulated out of the passages of the bible, would this scenario have not happened should we people learn to come directly to God instead of coming to various religious denominations which are now widespread all around the four corners of the globe?

Does God still speak/talk to the people in our time today as God did in the days of the old? If Paul knew Jesus then by and through Jesus Christ, could we also come to the way of knowing the Lord Jesus today by and through himself instead of knowing Him via the bible?

Where are the witnesses to this supposed revelation? Can you produce this child or any eye witnesses? Did anybody at the time this revelation supposedly occurred test the spirit to make sure it truly was from God? If so how was it tested?

On Pentecost The Holy Spirit was given to Christ's followers

So yes God speaks to us all. Listen close and you can hear The Lord.

My understanding is because we have received The Holy Spirit, there is no need for burning bushes and the like. Though of course if God wants to He can still do that too, nothing is impossible for The Lord

ABSOLUTELY!!! I found the Lord Jesus before any scripture. I didn't read the Bible but I did believe in him and God and they came and they guided me. I am only just learning the Bible now, but I don't think I could have understood it without the guidance of the Spirit of the Lord. I could have read it time over again and known it word for word but I don't think I ever would have understood it completely, I would have only come to my own or someone elses understanding.

Yes God and Jesus Christ still speak/talk to people today and some still do not know or acknowledge the Spirit. The same people who will point the finger and cry LIAR or say that it's demonic. Jesus said to acknowledge him in every way! His Spirit lives, our great Lord is not dormant, nor is he quiet and hidden, if you see a vision of him, a dream, a daydream or feel the Holy Spirit and his light within you and within your heart acknowledge him because he is real, not only in the Bible and literature. And then will you come to truly know the Lord.

Christ and the Bible are not one and the same. But the Bible is authoritative.

But if we go to Jesus as a child and listen... Through The Holy Spirit He speaks to us.
