there has been many responses, you do not agree with them, it does not mean they were not reasonable, they just do not fit your perception

thats what happens in discussions, to keep repeating, as I have said, over and over again and expecting different results is like beating your head against the wall, and also makes you appear as if you think you are someone great, and peop,e should listen to you because you...

thats turns people off my friend,
No context is offered . I don't give on people lol

Your problem is that you state some truths but then think their veracity negates other things that are true. And other things you say are flat wrong.

For example, the golden chain has predestination BEFORE justification. So if you think predestination is on those already saved, you have saved people who are not yet justified.

I don’t have time now, but I will speak on the rest tommorow
You're begging the question everytime you use the calvinist phrase ' The Golden chain of redemption ' . Your revealing the presupposition before you explain the verses .

I think you may be guilty of repeating yourself now .

An agreement on ' Total depravity ' seems to be driving most responses on this thread . Thus Elected to be saved before we were born in some form, is being represented. Also from that some form of ' awakening / quickening/ regeneration/grace . prior to belief is necessary . By that , not all will recieve this work of grace upon them . I see distinction with no difference . I see the influence of Calvinism on contradictory theology. With that , other points naturally flow. Namely ' Lordship salvation ' for one .

I think the scriptures teach that the Holy Spirit’s power is absolutely essential to evangelism.
I agree...
We can do nothing in our own strength...
When the Holy Spirit opens our mouth to speak , Gods word does not come back void...

Did you mean ' if your never convinced you will never believe ? '
Nope

never have faith.

people believe in Jesus, yet are not convinced of the whole gospel. That’s why we have all of our pseudo christian churches that believe in Christ (even demons believe) but their faith is dead. They are either licentious or legalistic believers that have mere belief yet no faith

Conviction of the Holy Spirit is necessary for salvation, but occurs to sinners alike, regardless of consequent faith or unbelief. It is not irresistible or unconditionally selective. (Jn. 16:7-11)
7Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
8And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9Of sin, because they believe not on me ;
10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
12¶I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
Yet they are not convinced of the gospel, they are convinced in themselves, that’s why they continue to not believe. It’s called the sin of unbelief

he is sent to convict of sin, BECAUSE (on account of the fact they do not believe on me)

that’s why he was sent

Again, you have been given all kinds of proof.

what you do with that is up to you, but I would back off with this kind of thinking, because it makes you look puffed up, and again, will turn people off.

people do not like or respond to puffed up people,

You assume that everyone who is convicted believes?
Your just like eleven and assuming things, and asking probing question with a calvinist twist

until you get the calvinist hate off your minds, and trying to prove calvin wrong at every turn, you will continue to ask these nonsensical questions,

and I am not going to answer them anymore, and I hope others follow suit, because this is taking the conversation down hill

Again, you are reading everything through some calvinistic view,

and making assumptions based on this short sighted reading.

for once can you just sit and listen to people and see what THEY believe without try8ng to put them all in some sort of calvinist tree?

I'm literally responding to what people believe. Is it a coincidence that what people believe lines up with calvinistic thinking ?

There are some on here also responding who are not holding to calvinistic thinking . I'm not on my own in seeing this .
