Good question. We are not told how Job received this information. Job makes a number of extraordinary statements that seem to reveal a level of knowledge that is unexplainable. We also know that Job lived at a time in history that preceded the development of written language. That this may have been revealed knowledge is certainly a possibility but when God confronts Job in chapters 38-41 he clearly reveals the fact that there is knowledge and wisdom that belongs exclusively to God and that man has no business concerning himself with these things.
what does this verse mean
[h=1]Job 32:8King James Version (KJV)[/h]8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.

Why did God put Moses on the rock to stand and in the clift of the rock when He was passing ?
please answer the question it is relevant to the topic even though you cant see it yet thanks
Exodus 33:17-23King James Version (KJV)s

17 And the Lord said unto Moses, I will do this thing also that thou hast spoken: for thou hast found grace in my sight, and I know thee by name.
18 And he said, I beseech thee, shew me thy glory.
19 And he said, I will make all my goodness pass before thee, and I will proclaim the name of the Lord before thee; and will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will shew mercy on whom I will shew mercy.
20 And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.
21 And the Lord said, Behold, there is a place by me, and thou shalt stand upon a rock:
22 And it shall come to pass, while my glory passeth by, that I will put thee in a clift of the rock, and will cover thee with my hand while I pass by:
23 And I will take away mine hand, and thou shalt see my back parts: but my face shall not be seen.
The text says that to cover or shield Moses from the glory of God when God passed by.

[h=1]Job 26:1-7King James Version (KJV)[/h]26 But Job answered and said,
2 How hast thou helped him that is without power? how savest thou the arm that hath no strength?
3 How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom? and how hast thou plentifully declared the thing as it is?
4 To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came from thee?
5 Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof.
6 Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering.
7 He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

I spect it was a tree that grew in the middle of the garden. The type of fruit was pleasurable, was it an apple tree? I don't know, the bible doesn't say. But it was fruit and fruit that God didn't want them to have. Yet He gave them the will to eat of it or not. So I would propose that it was bad fruit and against the Word of God. Yet they chose to eat this bad fruit. Then realized that they were naked.

We need to realize that we are naked and when we do that, we will see that the only way to cover ourselves is by the blood. God killed some animal and used its skin to cover their nakedness.

He has done the same for us. God Himself became a man and died on the cross that we may be forgiven of our nakedness and be clothed in robes of righteousness. Then we can bear good fruit by the Holy Spirit.

So the tree of knowledge of good and good and evil was sin and by eating it's fruit all the offspring of Adam were born into the sin nature. Meaning that we have no choice but to sin and the only way out is to have faith in the work of the second man, that being Christ and him Crucified. Which makes him the tree of life.

what does this verse mean
Job 32:8King James Version (KJV)

8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
It means that the knowledge that proceeds from God to man produces understanding. This is precisely what scripture does. Scripture is the surface form of an absolute intelligence the purpose of which is to teach man the mind of God. Have I ever explained to you the three phases of punctuated logic as it relates to scripture?

[h=1]Hebrews 5:12-14King James Version (KJV)[/h]12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.
13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.
14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Elect, I'll really believe you've been lead astray. you're posts are not making sense to me, and I think I've shown you don't possess a secret knowledge. You never would have quoted the early chapters of Job if you did.

No question they got some things right, but had been totally exposed as being unreliable sources of truth. The real irony, though, is someone quoting them to prove their theology and secret insights. You'd think the Spirit would have directed them to a different source.
still waiting for you to point out a verse of some of the things that what they said was not true

OK. If it makes you more comfortable to use the word of the NAS "you have not spoken the truth." The point of fact was that they had misrepresented God in the things they had said about him.
