Lemme tell y'all something I can't find in the Hyp******e theology..... someone who can biblically explain how they can, or feel obliged to, grow up in their relationship.

Since after conversion:

  • no more conviction - of sin leading to repentance, or of righteousness, the "positive" side of conviction, so never again will the christian feel bad for the sin they're committing, or know if they are sinning, or feel the urge to step up in maturity
  • no more repentance of sin.
  • All future sin forgiven automatically, so no conviction or repentance is necessary,
How then does one grow up? It's only the Holy Spirit's leading that we can realized we sinned or that we lack anything, only His leading that shows us the need by conviction to live righteously.

How then does a believer under Hyp******e get from point A to B? You cant say by hearing or reading the Word, for only the Holy Spirit can convict us to live righteously.

Sure, He could give knowledge & understanding, but what good is that when there's no will, no zeal, no drive to use it?

And why have zeal or drive at all to do better or more for God when "it's not about works", & you know you don't have to do anything else because you're future's already forgiven & your salvation is permanently secure?

Careful, now..... you can't say you can take this knowledge & wisdom & use it yourself..... that's self-righteousness.

So how does a Hyp******e believer grow at all? They do claim to be complete from day one of conversion..... so they don't need growth?

I've found no one able to tell me how they can.

Someone enlighten us, please.
Here's my question.

Yep, that's the one I answered.

Maybe you just didn't like the answer. It definitely wouldn't be the first time.
You answered with this, I believe.
We are Gods Workmanship, not our own.

Matthew 6:25-30
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
That's spiritual growth for Hyp******ers?

Enemies to your master's kingdom usually are. I believe the word would be infamous.
Jesus is my Lord and Savior, Master and Friend. I proclaim Him boldly.

Nice try though in your attempt to defame one of God's own.

Ahhh, the sweet fragrance of Matthew 5:11-12. Carry on.

Did you not see it?

Maybe I am on ignore.
hey, if you want to be on his ignore list, make a comment or just ask a question about the Pentecostal church and it's doctrine. that will get you on it real quick.

And I still think I'm aiming too high to reach you.;)
Less hatred and pride, more love and humility, will serve you well. God is not mocked; He knows the degree of darkness in that black hole of yours you call a heart.

Here's my question.
I can't speak for hyper-grace.

But here is a very simple version of how the free grace believer grows.

Walk in the Spirit.

Be filled with Spirit.

Do not grieve the Spirit.

Do not quench the Spirit.

Study,study,study His mind.

I have written this over 100x times on CC.

We are transformed by beholding the glory ( which is the goodness and the good opinion of God ) of the Lord as in a mirror. 2 Cor. 3:17-18. This is done by the Holy Spirit as we participate in this with Him by the renewing of our mind to the things we truly are in Christ now as a new creation. Rom. 12:2 and 2 Cor. 5:17

This transformation to reflect outwardly in our behavior who we truly are now in Christ in our inner man is all done by grace through faith in Christ's finished work on the cross and resurrection. As we have received Christ - so we are to walk in Him. Col. 2:6-8

We are to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2 Timothy 2:1 (NASB)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

We are built up and we receive the inheritance that is ours in Christ by the word of His grace.

Acts 20:32 (NASB)
[SUP]32 [/SUP] "And now I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and to give you the inheritance among all those who are sanctified.

We are to fix our hope completely on the grace that comes with the revelation of Christ Himself. - that He is our wisdom, our righteousness, our sanctification and our redemption - not in what we do or don't do which is all works-righteousness.

As we see Christ in us - then we will have the nutrients available by the Holy Spirit to transform us outwardly to be who we truly are in the Lord now - because of Christ alone which is received by grace through faith alone.

1 Peter 1:13
[SUP]13 [/SUP] Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace being brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

So that is not the simple model of how a believer should live and Grow in Grace and knowledge?

1. There you go, You must think your god and know everyone.
2. So can you show hi where you disagree wiht what he said about means of growth? Or does that not matter?

You said "free grace believer", which isn't God's grace.
Um, Grace means unmerited, or unearned favor It means to the receiver it is free.

So I guess your view of grace is not Gods?

This why no one wants to answer your question.

The simple model I laid out for you, to show how a believer grows in His Grace and knowledge is not correct?

Walk in the Spirit.

Be filled with Spirit.

Do not grieve the Spirit.

Do not quench the Spirit.

Thats how he does things.. The clock is ticking (He seems to like to say how long people do not give him an answer) how long will it take to answer you concerning your main points. And not just his view of what HE THINKS you are teaching.
