You mean you believe that Peter already knew in acts 2 that the law of Moses was no longer required for the Jews?
how does the law say sin is forgiven?
does Peter say, "
bring a spotless goat, bull or lamb to the priests for a burnt offering" ?
no;

Peter replied,
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins!"
(Acts 2:38)

Acts 10:14 made it clear that for Peter, he considers himself still under the law of Moses.

Furthermore, Burnt offerings in the temple has never cease thru the entire acts period

does no one do anything in the law unless they are under it?

so you believe the disciples were all regularly making blood sacrifices in the temple for cleansing and for forgiveness of sin and trespass, until Paul was converted? that the first few decades of Christians all practiced the rituals prescribed through Moses in order to have sin forgiven, completely oblivious to the purpose of the cross until Acts 15 or so? that this is what was taught all over Judea as "the Way" revealed by the Messiah?

See that you don't tell anyone.
But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded,
as a testimony to them.

The resurrected Jesus told them in the Matthew great commission that everything he had taught them was to be obeyed. He did not tell them anything about the law of Moses being nailed to the cross.

And in acts 4:32, they were already obeying what Jesus told them to sell all they have and give to the common pool.

If they could do that difficult task, mark 10:28, how difficult do you think it was for them to keep the temple sacrifice?

do you believe all the Christians in Judea were depending on the blood of goats and bulls for forgiveness of sin, and that this is the message they were preaching, up until the apostles first heard the true gospel from Paul?

The usual refrain "What does scripture says?"

Even in Acts 21, we still see James and the elders telling Paul to use money to sponsor the shaving of head ceremony, in order to show that as a Jew, he is still following the Law.

Acts 15 is a distraction. As I have said elsewhere, James only decided that Gentiles who believed will be exempted from the Law of Moses. The Jewish believers must continue in the Law of Moses even after the Council, and a reading of Acts 21 showed that the Jews who believed were still zealous for the Law. (Acts 21:20-25)

What saith the scripture?
