Sarai was the daughter of Terah by virtue of her marriage to Haran, the son of Terah. Haran was the brother of Abram, the eldest Son of Terah. When Haran died in the land of Ur, she became the wife of Abram according to the custom of the Chaldees.

This is the law of Moses:

If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her. Deut 25:5

This is the word of the LORD:

Thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy brother's wife: it is thy brother's nakedness. Lev 18:15

I don't know what makes you believe that Sarai was the biological sister of Abram.
