Giving and receiving blood is not an isdue

if one can't be responsible for what he is naturally responsible and in control to do when it comes to providing physical sustenance andcqekk being, how can he claim himself to be spiritual?

You overlook the fact that doctors are in the profession of attempting to sustain and prolong our lives hopefully through educating us to making better choices more aligned with how our bodies operate in the first place, so comparing them to auto mechanics may have relevance in terms of how a mechanic is attempting to help you prolong the usefulness of your car, but your car is not your LIFE. Stop waffling. The point was relevant in the first place, despite your denial.
I agree. A large percentage of doctors do have God-complexes in my experience also. Not all, but certainly a greater percentage than auto-mechanics or salesmen.
