Rick I agree with you. I am still sinning because I am still here, If I DIE OFF ALL SIN, I also obeyed to the DEATH of me... This is why Jesus said... If I want to save my life I shall lose it but if I lose it FOR HIS NAME SAKE, I will find it... And that life I will find is the LIFE IN CHRIST, that you talk about!
This is where I have not yet BOLDNESS to say.... I am a child of God! And who knows when that LIFE in CHRIST is meant for me, or when will God manifest that life in me, but I HUNGER for that with SUFFERING! Why am I still here? I ask God that same question EVERY day! You see Rick I feel like this... O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
And WHEN GOD? When will you save me from the body of this death? Please Lord SAVE ME! AMEN!
Rick I made the sums... calculations..... I am ready to PAY whatever God wants me too! God said I should make COUNTETH THE COST and decide whether I want to follow Him or not..... Luke 14:27 28. So I did the counteth, and believe me I am willing, I know God is willing, so Rick I have full FAITH that I will be gone soon! God said so, I believe Him. How long is SOON Rick? I do not know, but I await with a great sence of joy and excitement, I KNOW it is going to be SPECIAL!
Lord, please LET THOU WILL BE DONE! AMEN!~

All we can do is our best Cobus.........Jesus takes care of the rest.
I say abide in Him, He will never leave you or forsake you.
Even when we fall hard.
His love is greater than our sin.
Our salvation comes in the recognition of that fact.
It is hard to admit we made a mistake, it is hard to say not my will but thy will oh Lord, when we have
gone our own way.
Every time we do that it knocks us down another peg. Until finally we get tired of going our own way.
Or, we just say "screw you Lord!!!" and head out on our own.
I have tried that too. But God has always brought me back.
That is the reason I KNOW His love is greater than me.
He just won't let me go. And I love Him so much for that.
That His great Grace and Love supersedes my weaknesses.
And at the end of the day I am only left to say, "Not my will. but thine oh Lord".
