How can anyone today know with any certainty they are a physical Jew? To be a true Jew, one MUST be a direct descendant from one of the 12 tribes. Can anyone today prove they are from one of the 12 tribes?
Maybe you should ask Hitler.

Antisemitism, speaking of which, how often have you seen articles excoriating "the Zionists." It's like some moral and spiritual pandemic, which was also shared by the Nazis and Communists, to make Zionism a dirty word. Well, who is the biggest Zionist, who wants and has placed Israel back in the land? ALMIGHTY GOD!

I'd hope to never be that big a fool: if God is a Zionist, I'm a Zionist, too, would truly be a fool to think any different. You who speak out of two sides of your mouth, out of one side an enemy of God and His plan, lots of luck.

Again the land promise given under the Abrahamic covenant, not under the Mosaic.

God will once again deal more directly with national Israel after the Church is gone (consisting of Jews and Gentiles) as promised in the OT prophets.
THIS is the Land that Abraham was Promised, that HE LOOKED FOR. We know this fact because it is the Word of God.
(Heb 11:14)
For they who say such things shew clearly that they seek their country.
(Heb 11:15)
And if they had called to mind that from whence they went out, they had had opportunity to have returned;
(Heb 11:16)
but now they seek a better, that is, a heavenly; wherefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God; for he has prepared for them a city.

There it is :) Clear as a bell!

The Land Promise fulfilled only to those who are baptized into the death and resurrection of Israel's Messiah;

THIS IS THAT LAND;

(1Co 3:16)
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

(1Co 3:6)
I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.
(1Co 3:7)
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
(1Co 3:8)
Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour.
(1Co 3:9)
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
(1Co 3:10)
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
(1Co 3:11)
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
(1Pe 2:5)
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
(1Pe 2:6)
Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
(1Pe 2:7)
Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,

(Heb 8:2)
A minister of the sanctuary, and of the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, and not man.
(Heb 9:11)
But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
(Eph 2:20)
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
(Eph 2:21)
In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
(Eph 2:22)
In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
(Joh 2:19)
Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
(Joh 2:20)
Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days?
(Joh 2:21)
But he spake of the temple of his body.
(Mic 4:1)
But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.
(Mic 4:2)
And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
(Heb 12:22)
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

(Eph 1:11)
In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
(Gal 3:14)
That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
(Gal 3:15)
Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
(Gal 3:26)
For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
(Gal 3:27)
For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
(Gal 3:28)
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
(Gal 3:29)
And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
(2Co 4:7)
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

(Rev 21:2)
And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

Yep! It's all fulfilled to Christians, whether you want to receive this beautiful free gift or not is always your option. Give it away if you like folks :) Why not? That's what Esau did...

not to mention. God himself promised, even while they were in their enemies hand because of sin, He would never let them die (as a nation)

Lev 26:
[SUP]44 [/SUP]Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, nor shall I abhor them, to utterly destroy them and break My covenant with them;

for I am the Lord their God.
[SUP]45 [/SUP]But for their sake I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God:

I am the Lord.’”

Joshua 23:14-16 plainly tells me the land covenant was conditional. Israel could not disobey AND keep the land..not going to happen and they lost the land due to their disobedience.
Genesis 12:7 The LORD appeared to Abram and said, "To you and your offspring I will give this land."

Genesis 13:14,15 The LORD said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, "Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east an west. All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted.

Genesis 15:5-8 He took him outside and said, "Look up at the sky and count the stars--if indeed you can count them". The he said to him, "So shall your offspring be." Abram believed the LORD and he credited it to him as righteousness. He also said to him, "I am the LORD, who brought you out of the Ur of Chadeans to give you this land to take possession of it." But Abram said, "Sovereign LORD, how can I know that I will gain possession it?"

Then God proceeds to set up for a Blood Covenant - in a Blood Covenant the animals are cut in two and arranged on each side - leaving a path down the middle for the parties in the covenant to walk between the pieces. BUT God caused Abram to fall into a deep sleep - 15:12) As the sun was setting, Abram fell into a deep sleep, . . . 17) When the sun had set and darkness had fallen, a smoking firepot with a blazing torch appeared and passed between the pieces. [representing God passing between the pieces] On that day the LORD made a covenant with Abram and said, "To your descendants I give this land, from the Wadi of Egypt to the great river, the Euphrates ---- Now a Blood Covenant is between the people that participate - but Abraham did not participate for God put him in a deep sleep . . . therefore the covenant was a "unilateral" covenant - i.e. done by one person - God himself made a covenant basically with himself concerning Abraham - how powerful is that?!

You actually believe that God would negate this covenant?

just so you know.

1 Isreal has priest. just not active (no temple)
2. They have the furniture and everything which belongs in the temple
3. They have the priest ephod and clothing.
4. All they need is a temple, which at this moment, they are trying to build (the dome of the rock is on the temple mount, but they are trying to get around that.
5. They have the animals (they just found the heffer which was thought not to be around, and are stocking them up)

And why would I care about those delusions that I was saved from by my Messiah? Don't remind me of those rebellious acts against Christ carried out by my kinsman! Such rebellion is so sad!

This describes that nonsense;
(Tit 1:14)
Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

(2Th 2:10)
And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
(2Th 2:11)
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
(2Th 2:12)

That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

(Rom 2:28)
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

(Rom 2:29)
but he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

(1Ti 1:4)
neither to give heed to fables and endless genealogies, the which minister questionings, rather than a dispensation of God which is in faith; so do I now.

(Mat 15:7)
Ye hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,

(Mat 15:8)
This people honoureth me with their lips; But their heart is far from me.

(Mat 15:9)
But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men.

Mosaic covenant-conditional- broken
Abrahamic Covenant - unconditional- everlasting
The promises to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob still stand and are received by faith.
I gave you a like on this one. You are right, though you never use scriptures. Gotta get one once in awhile eh? Hahaaaa.

But as long as you know that it is ONLY by Faith in Christ by which the Abrahamic Covenant is fulfilled in us. Only in the FAITHFUL.

Good job

So this argument is actually false.

They do not rule jerusalem, It is still in gentile hands, of course this was prophesied was it not??

really? Would it matter, Israel is in sin, As paul said they are partially blind, and have been since Christ, did we expect it to be any different? or should we ignore prophesy?

what is to differ, and what is to interpret? Does eternal NOT mean eternal? Does ALL your generations not mean all, only some? there is only one interpretation of the promise. not many.

Again, When has eternal NOT been eternal.

Those are not her words, they are Gods words, and HIS promise Does God ever renig on his promises? if he does, we are in deep deep trouble are we not?

Thank you eternally grateful,I'm am grateful to you for that response.:)

They perish in unbelief. Still it does not void the promises given to Abraham (e.g. land), and his descendants. The church is not given land promises, Israel has them. After the rapture, God will resume His direct dealings with national Israel.
You said "Abraham and his descendants".

Who are Abrahams descendants?

HINT;

(Gal 3:7)

Know therefore that they which be of faith, the same are sons of Abraham.

(Gal 3:14)
that upon the Gentiles might come the blessing of Abraham in Christ Jesus; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

(Gal 6:15)
For neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

(Gal 6:16)
And as many as shall walk by this rule, peace be upon them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.

Yes of course, that is us! We who have been gathered into His Holy City Jerusalem :) We are all Israel, the Remnant gathered as promised, now fulfilled in usward who believe;

(Rom 9:24)
Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
(Rom 9:25)
As he saith also in Hosea, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
(Rom 9:26)
And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.
(Rom 9:27)

Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:

(Rom 11:5)
Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

CHRISTIANS! Oh it is so crystal clear, I just Love the Holy Writ!
The prophecies to Israel fulfilled! Thank you Jesus!

It would be a little silly to refer to the remnant in Rom 11:5 as believing Gentiles rather than Jews. I mean just look at the context.

Isnt this land the Kingdom of God?

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
Luke 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.
Luke 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of thekingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

So funny. There is three people or so in here who root for these people;

Let's see what John called his Kinsman;
(Mat 3:7)
But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said unto them, Ye offspring of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?
(Mat 3:8)
Bring forth therefore fruit worthy of repentance:
(Mat 3:9)
and think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.
(Mat 3:10)

And even now is the axe laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Was John or Jesus anti-Semite? LOL!
Let's deal with the wickedness BOOM!

(Mat 5:20)
For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of heaven.

(Mat 9:34)
But the Pharisees said, By the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.

(Mat 12:14)
But the Pharisees went out, and took counsel against him, how they might destroy him.

(Mat 12:38)
Then certain of the scribes and Pharisees answered him, saying, Master, we would see a sign from thee.

(Mat 12:39)
But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it but the sign of Jonah the prophet:

(Mat 12:41)
The men of Nineveh shall stand up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, a greater than Jonah is here.

(Mat 12:42)
The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and behold, a greater than Solomon is here.

(Mat 12:43)
But the unclean spirit, when he is gone out of the man, passeth through waterless places, seeking rest, and findeth it not.

(Mat 12:44)
Then he saith, I will return into my house whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.

(Mat 12:45)
Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more evil than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man becometh worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this evil generation.

(Mat 23:13)
But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye shut the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye enter not in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering in to enter.

(Mat 23:15)
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he is become so, ye make him twofold more a son of hell than yourselves.

Oh my! Jesus! Did you know that some goofy people here think you are wicked and anti-Semite for saying these things to the Jews?? Don't you know they are God's chosen people?

hAAHaaaAAA

(Psa 59:8)
But thou, O LORD, shalt laugh at them; thou shalt have all the heathen in derision.

Oh Beautiful! And yes you are so absolutely correct dear :)

Something the Jews have no clue about either;

(Luk 17:20)
And being asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God cometh, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
(Luk 17:21)

neither shall they say, Lo, here! or, There! for lo, the kingdom of God is within you.

(Mat 21:43)
Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and shall be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.

Thanks for asking clarification. By descendants of Abraham I mean the lineage through Isaac and Jacob.
Oh btw Gal 6:16 uses the conjunction 'and' indicating two groups...the Church AND the Israel of God.

How many kingdoms of God do you believe that He has prepared that fit the bill? This one has Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and prophets in it, God as King, and no corruption.

P.S. Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Yes, just as God rejected the first generation of Jews coming out of Egypt and gave the promise to the next generation, so that generation rejected Christ in Mt. 12 and will be giving the Kingdom here on earth to a future generation.
