Yes, forever in the past as well as the future. That is the meaning of the "I Am" statements. God is the Creator, not the created.

John 8:58
“Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.”

As @Subhumanoidal has stated, God is not constrained to the time dimension.
Amen he created the time mechanism for us when he did this

“In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
‭‭Genesis‬ ‭1:1, 3-5‬ ‭

We measure days on the earth by it’s revolution in relation to the sun every 24 hours and measure months and years by it’s full orbit around the sun

God created the mechanism of time itself when he created the heavens and earth including the sun moon and stars

Our galaxy is like the most efficient clock ever made by which all other clocks run and are dependent upon to keep the correct time

He is the clockmaker who invented and designed time as we know it and is not bound or limited by it

This was spoken of Melchizedek and the Son of God...

Hebrews 7:3 Context
1For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; 2To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; 3Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
Thank you for direction here, and God bless you.

... Is there any scripture that lets us know.
Yes there is, multiple Scriptures!

Don't be lazy, open your Bible (and concordance) and do a bit of study!

(Psalm 90v2 is just one of them)
