Yes, they will plainly lie and mix in there whatever they want, especially the New Age guys. Read the Gospels and Psalms for truth and comfort, it will help you.

What you want the beginning of John 8:44 to say...

The word "your" isn't there in the Greek, it actually has the definite article "THE" instead. The English versions change it, but Wayne says that this is just another place that answers who the angel is - it's another place that states that the angel Satan is God the Father.

The only problem I have is that Wayne provided evidence that the angel of God is Satan. Everyone else I've come across gives their opinion but lacks an explicit statement in the bible to back it up. Here are the two verses which speak on the same exact event...
1 Chron 21:1
SATAN incited David to number the people.
2 Sam 24:1
JEHOVAH incited David to number the people.

How do you maintain that Jesus is God when you also claim that the angel who is called God hundreds of times, and is worshiped hundreds of times, and calls himself God hundreds of times might not be God?

But you know what the problem is? The problem is that you will still have more questions, so as crossnote said, it will continue without end. Because the problem is not lack of answers, but the lack of faith. I am serious - I have been agnostic for most of my life and I know very well what state of mind that is. I do not think you are being stubborn or arguing on purpose. But look upon this reasonably. What is the point of answering questions when it wont bring you peace? We both know you will have more and more questions, because by receiving that video and lies in it, your soul has lost the peace of God that was in you. No answer will comfort you or replace that peace.
I've personally witnessed the power of God in my life and have no doubt about His existence. I've told this to my family and they dont still follow Him, in spite of supernatural events I've been witness to. I do not condemn you, I am just sad because I know the spot you are at. But no one can make this choice for you. I urge you to go on your knees and seek God with humility. Jesus is so worthy of being trusted.

For example, my pastors always told me that God the Father never appeared on earth in the Old Testament, and I accepted that as Gospel truth. Wayne brings up that God appeared on earth all over the Old Testament, then quotes the gospels at Mark 12:1 and Mark 12:6 to show that it was the Father. So when I bring it up here, and I ask...
And the answer I get back is...

That question who was it, Jesus or Father, is asked out of ignorance about who God is and His nature in general. Mark 12:1 also says it is a parable. Which is, a story with an analogy so you can understand a spiritual truth. Does that make sense?
There is a category of questions where it simply "does not compute". Like asking: is orange heavier than red? You cannot answer that kind of question.

Son is the manifestation of the Father (1 Timothy 3:16). Jesus is Biblically the LORD's Right arm (all that God has ever done) and Word of God (all that God has ever communicated). His manifestation in human flesh to save us does not capture all of Jesus:
John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
It was not a literal vineyard so simply the question you are asking "does not compute", that's all, especially having in mind omnipresence and oneness of God.

First of all, the Lord said if any lack wisdom, ask Him and He will give you wisdom. The Holy Spirit will show you Truth and your heart will have peace that nothing (not even Wayne) can take away.
I recommend you spend time with the Lord and with the Holy Word. Study the Scriptures online with a concordance and let the Lord God reveal Himself to you. The Word is alive and powerful.
And remember this, no carnal mind can understand the things of God. You must humble yourself to the Father and ask Him to reveal to you spiritual truths. Dump that Wayne video and every other thing that exalts itself against God, dear brother.
