Their newish trick in Bethal is the golden dust coming out from the air vents and they are calling it the holy spirit falling on them o_O , I mean seriously , what next...
...xox...

yeah that's actually not all that new

the so called revival at the airport in Toronto had a thing for gold fillings in your teeth..I would wonder why God would not just give a person brand new teeth instead of gold? they also liked animal noises...all old stuff by now and written about until people have gone cross eyed from it

the things that are done in Jesus name that are not of God are multiplying...both historically and also due to the internet it would seem

the faster things go, the faster they will go

this is actually proven by math but is visibly so also

and some other church (don't remember) supposedly had jewels appearing...in sizes larger than nature...of course they were cut glass

and then we also have all the false prophets, healers, teachers yada yada yada

pray against deception would be my advise to just about everyone

oh I forgot....there are also so called 'glory clouds' ...translucent grayish or white things floating around over a congregation

maybe its a fog machine...maybe it's real...but it is not God

while I am not a cessationist, we are warned of the devil creating false or demonic miracles

when a person lets their guard down and just 'accepts' everything, deception will follow

Just a clip , can not find the whole sermon...
It certainly seems worrying but can we be sure about this with a 1:04 minute clip?
Without hearing the whole sermon or story?

I've seen it a few times before where messages have been misrepresented to make them sound as if someone was saying something they actually aren't. Even the opposite.

It depends on the context of the whole sermon. He may not have been stating his opinion that "Allah is the same God as our Father"
You can find dirt on anyone on the internet. Whether it's true or not.

They've edited a little white Muslim hat onto his head. Am I meant to think he's really wearing one?

This is true, and his response was issued as so. One can certainly judge for themselves:

Mark my words, this whole New Apostolic movement will turn out to be the beast's religion. All faiths mixed into same mush and call it "love"

Stay away from these guys.

The pentecostal churches were fighting this doctrine when it was first surfacing, this is NOT pentecostal doctrine

Yes I understand that but I have to say also , Brian Huston has allowed since then many shows at his conferences/ concerts that are more on the dark side than on the light , allowing scantily clad girls wearing next to nothing , having people in what some have said voodoo mask , I myself have watched these shows myself online...

Something is way off with Hillsong , and it is not good...

I’m kind of leaning that way as well. One of the biggest ways to deceive people is by using a misconception of love.

Was difficult to watch the entire interview but I made it through. I don’t even know where to start but it seems this fella has a higher view of himself, his colleagues and his “church” than God and scripture.

I found THIS so maybe it clears up things. Houston says that is not what he meant...I find his explanation somewhat odd, but maybe that is just me :cautious:

If you listened to the message in its entirety, my point was that; who a Muslim extremist believes God is, determines what they believe God does, and what they believe God loves.
what?

oh...reading backwards, I just saw where aerials posted a link also...but I'll leave this one cause it is on the Hillsong site

you're right about that

the Assemblies of God put a 'X' on the movement some years back

thoughts?

many false prophets hanging out at Elijah's List

kind of like the International House of Prayer...or IHOP as it is sometimes called, no relationship to the pancake place

although I certainly would not have anything against relationships being healed and or restored

No one who speaks publicly should have to be trying to correct *misunderstandings* about what they have said publicly. Actually there is no misunderstanding this:

"Do you know – take it all the way back into the Old Testament and the Muslim and you, we actually serve the same God. Allah to a Muslim; to us, Abba Father God. And of course through history, those views have changed greatly..."

https://www.christiantoday.com/arti...believes-god-and-allah-are-the-same/36423.htm

Like someone already said, *Brain* has apparently never read the Koran (Quran).

Pope Francis and his colleagues are famous for telling us that the pope did not really mean what he said, etc. The pope has also (falsely, not mistakenly) equated Allah with the God of the Bible.

I get the feeling Houston is backpedaling as hard as he can when I read his 'explanation'.

it made me go 'whaaaaa?'

I agree. the meaning in the original statement is quite clear

I’m still scratching my head on this one. Wasn’t Islam started in the 7th century, meaning New Testament times?

Absolutely correct. Mohammad was fully aware of both the Old and New Testaments, as well as the Catholic church.

Therefore the Koran brings up items from all these sources to prove that (1) Islam is the purest religion, (2) Mohammad is the final prophet, (3) Abraham was a Muslim, (4) Abraham and Isaac built the Ka'aba (the center of idolatrous worship in Mecca), and (5) Christians and Jews are destined for Hell. There are many other bizarre and false ideas in the Koran. But Allah is clearly not the God of the Bible, since the Koran attacks both the Trinity and the Deity of Christ.

Many years ago, I attended a Full Gospel Businessmen 's meeting at a large audidtorium in Denver. I suppose it was a kind of FBG convention. Anyway I was witness to the healing of a man with either lung cancer or some other debilitating lung disease, and I was dubious at best but I kept it to myself, not having that gift clearly.

The following day I had to go to Blackhawk, Colorado, not far from Denver in the mountains when lo, there was the man I saw being healed siting on th e step of a building. I talked to him and discovered it was a fake healing and he was paid to participate….

I was never a big fan of any denomination but thhis was my limit……….no more. Now I have been used for healing and been healed by our Lord in His name, but I do not appreciate smoke and mirrors added to the perfect message of the Godpel.

I thank everyone here for disclosing so much for to many.. All love and blessings in Yeshua, Jesus.
