I have a problem with people like this whether they are in leadership or not. We call them spiritual hypocrites. Their church life and real life are polar opposites. We had alot of them in the church I grew up in. And it does nothign but turn people off to God.

I agree! Who else is holy but God? Who has the right to judge or pass judgment if not God? So why does everyone else do it...people see the hypocrisy and no humility and grace behind it...so they just see all Christians in that manner...sad really...
