As the world sees it of coarse, it’s a disease of a different type, probably because these meanings of words are mostly from people who don’t believe in a God. So yes naturally people would agree with it being incorrect if they follow a worldly view of meanings
No. It's a definition. Whether you believe in God or not doesn't change the meaning. Starvation is not contagious.

How does a thread with "Hope" in its title start and evolve page after page into growing animus? :(
Time for a little on topic levity I think.

Your ranting is all over the place and then when your condition is pointed out to you, you laugh.

I am saddened that I was correct. You are unwell. You have my deepest sympathies and prayers.
Pointing out my conditions because you already said I am unwell, you opinion means nothing to me.

I do see is a lot of hype and extreme measures put in place over something that we been through many times in the past.
This is based on science. You think that science is a lot of hype?

The title I chose was not a mistake, and it doesn't mean people are supposed to rest their hope on coronavirus. It means that even within a time or situation where coronavirus is present, there is hope.

Further, people should be seeking God if they'd like God to be a part of their defenses.

Another point made was that it would be good for people to be honest about their own fears, weaknesses, and shortcomings instead of pretending they don't exist.

Love in Jesus,
Kelby

'BIBLICAL' SWARM OF LOCUSTS PLAGUE ITALIAN FARMLANDS IN WORST INFESTATION SINCE WWII

Across the region, it has the potential “to be the most devastating plague of locusts in any of our living memories if we don't reduce the problem faster than we're doing at the moment,” U.N. humanitarian chief Mark Lowcock said.

Actually COVID-19 has many positive aspects:

1. The overheated stock market has been correcting itself.

2. Globalization has been given a knockout blow, and people all over the world have become concerned about their borders.

3. Dependence on China for consumer products and medications is now been seriously questioned. This will encourage countries to become more self-sufficient, while China loses its influence and domination.

4. The CDC has been forced to wake up and come up to speed on how well it functions. It did a poor job under Obama.

5. The Democrats have been exposed for their evil partisan efforts to wrongly impeach Trump while coronovirus was on the move. That they really don't care about America has become obvious.

6. Joe Biden's mental incompetence is now on full display through his remarks about this epidemic and Trump. Hopefully the DNC will ask him to step away and face the music along with his son.

I won’t lining up for their vaccines.
If it were not for vaccines you may not be alive today. Vaccines are not for individuals, they are for the population. There is a small risk to the individual but a great benefit to the population. My estimate is that 20% of the people would not survive if they were not vaccinated. Actually my brother has done medical missionary work in third world nations where they do not have vaccines. So there is a much higher rate of sickness in those nations that we do not see here. According to the news the West Seneca Christian School lost 10% of the students due to their lack of vaccine. Even though they are surrounded by a vaccinated community. Which should have offered a buffer zone but it did not.

It isn't my opinion. Nor is it odd, It's a fact. Someone posted a lengthy definition above.
Perhaps you can't be bothered to read posts before you lash out in judgement.

A guitar is a musical instrument not a motor vehicle. That isn't a 'worldy' definition. Or my opinion alone. It's a fact.

Perhaps i don’t anymore, perhaps I’ve run my coarse and all I’m doing is disagreeing with others I should not be here anymore.
