But even so I think I stand by what I said, I believe just as we are all called for different things we all have a different calling in prayer. Of course this is just my own personal beleif so as always take it with a grain of salt but I only know to follow my heart and so if I pray for something over and over again my spirit feels drained and just doesn't feel right.
I hear you. I often find that for personal prayer and things I am not sure about if it's Gods will. I don't keep holding on but then I find that I also forget things, so writing things down should help me I think as when the answer comes I have noticed that sometimes I realized it weeks later and then felt bad to the Lord for not even seeing it. I also had the total opposite. I remember ones when there was a house we saw and seven different things all had to be accomplished within 24 hours to get that house and I could not let it go. I reminded Father of His promise in Mark 11:24 and saw myself furnishing the house etc. I just kept asking and thanking God for each of the points and miraculous all these seven points were answered up to the point when the real estate agent laid two identical offers before the seller at the end of the next day and the seller choose for us. The real estate said, but the other couple will offer more and is not dependent on selling first their own house but the seller just said. No, that Christian couple I choose as I know it's for them. I have prayed sometimes up to five times or so in a row when praying for a sick person and laying hands on them but that is only when there is an improvement. I always ask after the first prayer how they feel and how much percentage of an improvement there is. If there is, I often keep going till we hit 100% and by that time I can sense the anointing which stirs my spirit. Sometimes when asked to pray one can feel flat so then it helps for me to grab their hands and ask them to repeat your words as to join faith together. For God it doesn't matter if the faith comes from the one ministering or the one being ministered too. Often you see people going overseas and when they pray for the sick they see a lot of miracles but when they are back they see nothing happening and this is because 99% of the time it wasn't their faith that made the sick well, but the people who no access to hospitals and doctors and were desperate enough to reach out to God. One things is true, if we pray ones or ten times, as long as we can believe that we have received we shall have the Bible says; on te condition of course that it fits within the Fathers plan for your life. Because I belief that the Word clearly shows that it is always God will t deliver or to heal it is easy to have faith and to thank Him that you have received before you have but when it concerns things that you are not sure I find it harder to stand on Mark 11:24. Anyway, that is my cents :)

Believe the desired result is Christ using whatever it is as a medium for Himself, and have faith that He will provide. secondly you have to see that result in your mind constantly, and use that as a point of reference even when the natural world, or even logic says otherwise.

Some things to understand is that not every result is instantaneous, some take some time. I have seen some that have taken a few weeks and i have seen some work in the time span of 24 hours. But through it all you shouldn't go looking for results, just trust and have faith and most of the time it will appear when you least expect it.

According to Matthew 6:33 you have to seek the kingdom first, so that whatever it is you are asking for shall be added unto you... The Kingdom of God and His righteousness is Christ Himself, and when you are believing in Christ to use (desired result) as a medium for Himself to provide for you, you are literally fulfilling the scripture's requirements. And just as you believe In Him, you have to believe in Him coming through, revealing Himself through that desired result and providing.... Because of your faith the desired results are " additions" added unto you. They are the byproduct of YOUR faith in Christ and what He will do....A lot of believers put miracles before faith, they have to see something happen before they can believe, and because of this Christ calls those people wicked, and these people will never get any results Ref- Matthew 16:1-4.

You have to be hardcore persistent, but you only have to pray it one time, but believe it, affirm it constantly daily. I recommend getting a journal and writing down the things you pray so you can remember and stay consistent with it.

K, now i guess i can give a testimony that happened a month ago. A month ago since i am an investor, i decided to make
a huge personal investment on some stuff, believing on a specific return in profit. I believed that Christ would use that as a medium for Himself to provide. So i just made my investments... Immediately after the stuff i bought crashed hard, and i don't mean hard but like hard, hard. Like in the ground hard, buried 6 feet in the ground and poured some cement over it hard. Looking at the chart, seeing how far it dropped i knew logically there would be no way in hell it would ever rise to where my projection was. But instead of checking on the graph i decided within myself to just let it be, and trust in Christ, because i knew that looking at the graph decline further and further down would just negate what i hoped for, and probably put me in a bad mood. I had to maintain this faith
and keep myself from logging in to check on the progress for about 3 weeks. Finally i decided after 3 weeks to just check on the graph one more time before bed. I looked and yep, still was failing, still falling, still depressing to look at. But rather than get into my feelings about it, i actually didn't but i had faith in Christ still. I just looked at it and went " wow dang that sucks, but i still trust you (Christ) though." And i went to sleep. For some reason i woke up early 6 hours later after looking at that fail graph decline, and i logged in to check again... Literally all of my offers were sold. The moment i saw it, i was floored because that increase was completely illogical. There was no way something could be that deep in the ground one moment then be way up to where it was that fast in the span of 6 hours without even causing or following a trend.

I have many testimonials like this though. Healings, manifestations, additions being added, provision when there was absolutely
no way it could have been had.. I have seen it all and they still floor me every time. But anyways that is how i pray and probably
one of the reasons why i get results. I have learned to control my doubt, by controlling my actions to faith, and i have
removed doubtful questions like " is it your will if...", because there were never any answers for those. Answers only
came when i started to believe.
I just reread your post... and I still love it! :) Bold faith.

Love in Jesus,
Kelby

Just want to brag on God a bit. Someone called me the other evening frantic and incoherent in their explanation that they had lost $800 (the majority of their ability to pay bills) at a store or parking lot.

One piece of information you may need to know...this person is loved by me and has called several times before with things that can only reasonably be solved by prayer...not by getting upset and freaking out.

Well, they were freaking out so I got rather bold with them and told them they have nothing better to do than to stay right there in that parking lot and pray until God either shows them what to do, or gives them peace about the situation. They kind of got rebellious saying that they felt their alcohol was going to give them peace right now. I took some time out in prayer for them as well (any advice you give someone else, you should be willing to take right along side of them) and went to bed.

A few days later the person told me "Just thought you should know they found my money"...and..(snidely) "they told me they couldn't find it on cameras and then they called me 2 hours later and it had magically reappeared after I left but I didn't find out until the next morning"

Thank-you Jesus for being faithful!

Love in Jesus,
Kelby
Since I've started rereading (and commenting), I might as well comment on one of my own. In the last paragraph I felt that something was missing in my recount of the situation... and it just dawned on me what it was. It was the word "snidely" (now added in bold) which is how the person who lost the money was conveying the information from the store....As if all blame belonged to the store... Which is what I call a BAD attitude when you're asking THEM for help because of YOUR mistake.

Love in Jesus to all that read this,

God is not a debtor that has to be held to his promises, and you don't have power to do so even if he decided not to keep them.
What you can do is affirm to God that you have faith in him and his promise.

If we desire to sin it acts as a barrier between us and the Lord. Prayer is a matter of having the Lord be part of you. That means that we have His will in our life through the Holy Spirit.

God is aware of our needs, God wants us to have all our needs met. It is sin that keeps us from those needs, so such as being sure we hold no grudges is as affective as praying about our needs.

Psalms 66:18 If I regard wickedness in my heart, the Lord will not hear.

Proverbs’ 1”28-29 Then they will call on me, but I will not answer, they will seek me diligently, but they small not find me, 29 Because they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord,

John 9:31 We know that God does not hear sinners, but if anyone is God-fearing and does His will, He hears him.
