I read through the thread from the beginning.
Her comments made sense to me -- especially within the context of everything else that was said.

People wanna pick fights and then pick sides.
I choose the side of the one who shows the most fruits of the spirit.
Indeed, and I've extended such to Magenta in patiently trying to resolve her "issues" with me, but she doesn't want that apparently. I've extended grace, and asked her to PM me so we can resolve this. Still nothing in my inbox. Any dissension or strife is a result of her lack of trying to reconcile. I don't know what else to do, so I've asked her to put me on ignore. It is the best solution. -shrugs-

The Holy Spirit inspired the Scriptures. The Holy Spirit is God. Jesus is also God. Thus, Scripture is from Jesus as well as from the Father. And so, Jesus condemned homosexuality in the Bible.

I don't know what you're talking about. Magenta has been on the war path this last week and is exceptionally defensive to the degree of defamation, insinuating and flat out saying I am attacking her. I am not. I have even requested she private message me what assumptions I have made in order for me to correct them. She didn't. She is now being an instigator, any comment and she goes off. She needs to put me on ignore if she can't handle regular, common, conversation or take a break from CC. It isn't healthy and causes strife.

I have nothing against you, but if you wish to add me to ignore you are free to do so.
See? You tell me to PM you but you do not PM me to air your grievances. Just more of your holier than thou hypocrisy. I point out your assumptions when you make them but you refuse to acknowledge them. What good would privately pointing them out be? You are no more likely to admit you are wrong that way than you are this way.

Well man, when you publically blast someone (even if it seems light, to you) and then ask them to deal with it privately -- it's kinda like putting a band-aid on a gaping wound!

...my point might be moot, but then again -- maybe it's supposed to be moot.

I agree that the Trinity is always in agreement (Magenta does as well). This was never the issue at hand, until you made it so, which is why I called it silly.

I disagreed with your simplification of Christ being God; 'Men, inspired by Holy Spirit, wrote against homosexuality, therefore Jesus condemns homosexuality'
Yet Jesus, in giving the law condemned homosexuality. So the whole argument is mute.

I don't like that any conversation on any given topic you accuse me of assumptions. Instead of telling me I am making assumptions, simply respond to my response and inform me that I have misunderstood you. I am open to that, as is anyone trying to get to the truth of the matter.

It may sound simplistic to you, but it doesn't make it any less true. Homosexuality is condemned in the Scriptures. God the Holy Spirit, inspired the Bible. Thus, the Father, and the Son, are in agreement with what the Scriptures state regarding homosexuality.
It Goes deeper. The great "I AM" The God of Israel. The one who claimed in Isaiah wwa sent by the father and his spirit. Condemned Homosexuality. And imposed a penalty on it (Death I think it was was it not? I could be mistaken)

So if Jesus the "I Am" Spoke it, I am sure Jesus the incarnate man agreed.

The part that was simplistic, Budman -- Is the part where you tried saying that Scripture = Inspired Man = Holy Spirit = Jesus = God.
The image, I shared, shows the problem with calling Jesus "Father" or calling the H.S. "God".
Ah so the HS is not God.

Yet the symbol you posted said he was.

See why people get so frustrated?

PS, Budman said they were equal. Not the same SO your whole point is mute.. and like others, just seem to want to argue.
