You said they are blindly following Satan.
yeah they are but that doesn't mean anyone who follows false doctrine is following satan that is your line of thinking not what I said or what it means. many believe false doctrine blindly but that doesn't mean they are following satan it just means they are ignroant

False doctrine is of the devil, so it would only make sense that those who embrace false doctrine are of the devil.

your question was if they KNOWINGLY follow false doctrine no one who is a believer in Christ knowingly does so you seem to have a very condemning mindset

do you believe this person is a believer?
If they disbelieve the Gospel/GRFS, then no,
but if they disbelieve secondary doctrines,
then I tend to agree with HeIsHere:
"I really doubt anyone "knowingly" believes false doctrine, however,
they will live in a state of cognitive dissonance without realizing it.
People who lie to themselves typically believe their own lies
so they are not knowingly believing a false doctrine.

People who hate correct doctrine are ruled by the devil.
So, are you saying these people are believers? I guess we might want to clarify that too, by believer do you mean a person that's been truly born-again of His Spirit? Someone really saved? If so, you're asking what if someone who was really saved could knowingly embrace a false doctrine? No, they couldn't. His Spirit indwelling them wouldn't let it ride; He would always guide the person to truth. I know His Spirit won't allow me to knowingly accept falsehoods and false doctrine I KNOW are false, but I as a believer have believed false doctrine in ignorance before He opens my eyes to its falsehood. So as far as "knowingly" accepting false doctrine, NO I don't believe we can, but can we in ignorance buy into and believe a false doctrine? Yes, at least I know I have, until He guided me to the TRUTH of the matter.

If someone knowingly chooses to believe false doctrine, they are a believer of false doctrine instead a believer in Jesus Christ.

Correct doctrine is the gospel of Jesus Christ. Correct doctrine is the primary doctrine Christians must believe to be saved.

Unless those who believe like the Satanists do really are following Satan.
