Correct, it runs like this Rev. 1 is simply Jesus the Eternal God/Redeemer being seen in all of his glory.

Then we get the Rev. 2 and 3 Church Age followed by the 70t week chapters which are jumbled together on purpose, we can eventually pick out God's linear Wrath, but its not in order via the chapters.

Rev. 4, 5 and 6 is Jesus in Heaven with the Church, shown as Worthy to open the Seals which bring the Judgments which only start in Rev. 8.Those Seals are opened in Rev. 6 but this is not God's Wrath, it is Jesus opening the Seals and foretelling what God's Wrath will bring. Seals 1-5 ALL depict the Ant-Christs rule and dictates. 1.) He Conquers 2.) Brings War 3.) Which bring Famine 4.) And Death/Sickness and finally he 5.) Martyrs the Saints who come to Christ after the Rapture. Seal #6 is Jesus foretelling of God's coming Wrath which DARKENS the Sun and Moon just like Joel 2:31 also prophesies, but we only see this after the 7th Seal is opened in Rev. 8.

Rev. 7 is simply the Jews fleeing Judea at the 1290, which happens 30 days before God's Wrath falls, only at that point is the A.C. allowed to go forth (1) Conquering. The angel is told to HOLD UP the four winds (God's Wrath) which hurt the Earth, Sea and Trees (in Rev. 8 we see what that is, an Asteroid Impact). Thus BEFORE God's Wrath falls He mandated the Jews who repent (the 1/3 in Zech. 13:8-9) be allowed to repent and flee unto safety BEFORE His wrath can fall. NOW we see the 42 months of God's Wrath.

Rev. 8, 9 and 15&16 (really one chapter) is God's 42 months of Wrath or better known as the DOTL. So, why is 15 and 16 one chapter? Because in Rev. 8 we see the Trumpets READIED to be sounded in Heaven, and its one chapter. In Rev. 15 we see the Vials READIED to be poured out in Heaven.

The rest are Parenthetical Citation Chapters which mostly happen over the 42 months of God's Wrath.

Rev. 10 is simply another way to tell about the 7 Trumps via 7 Thunders, thus it covers 42 months also.

Rev. 11 covers 1335 days unless we only count whilst the Two-witnesses live, then t only covers 1260 days plus the 3.5 days that it takes to raise them, but we are SHOWN the 3rd Woe (7th Trump) that they pray down brings Victory. So, they show up 1335 days before the 2nd Coming and they die 75 days before the 2nd coming. Thus their ministry lasts 1260 days.

Rev. 12, and 13 of course covers the full 1260 days of God's Wrath. Satan is cast down at that time and the Anti-Christ goes forth conquering, so when God's Wrath HITS in Rev. 8 these two chapters are parallel events, told from another perspective of what is going on.

Rev. 14 covers the full 7 years but only because its The Harvest Chapter. We see Jesus shows up to save the Jews (144,000 is code for ALL Jews who repent, just as the 7000 is, we know its 1/3 of the end time Jews who repent however) and thus they are seen on Mount Zion, but its a metaphor of Jesus ruling with the Jews for 1000 years, he WILL (eventually) Harvest them into His Fathers barn, but only after he defeats the Wicked as seen in verses 17-20, via the Wine-press of His Wrath (as seen in Rev. 16:19 via the REAL TIME EVENTS). BUT......in verse 14 we see a FLASHBACK to the Pre Trib Rapture where Jesus himself Harvests the Bride (Barley). Israel are the Wheat, the Wicked are seen as Grapes.

Rev. 17 lasts for 42 months, it starts for via Rev. 8, this is about the Harlot getting killed off (ALL False Religion of all time) and thus it lasts as long as the Anti-Christ rules (42 months).

Rev. 18 also starts via the Rev. 8 Asteroid Impact. It is Babylon (Whole World) getting Judged by God's 42 months of Wrath.

Rev. 19 lasts for 7 full years just like Rev. 14, we see the Bride in Heaven BEFORE she ever marries Jesus, then we see her (us the Church) return with Jesus on White Horses for Armageddon (Marriage Supper)

Rev. 20, 21 and 22 are of course all happening AFTER the 70th week.
yeah I tend to look at it like a book of “apocalypse”
