They may have been investigating the subject but i know that SDA's do not support the semi Arian teachings today. I know because it was a controversial subject in the past that caused some to leave the church. If you want to know what the Church believe about The God head look up the Fundamental beliefs of the Church.

the only fundamental belief that one needs to consider is modern gentile Christ followers have to keep the jewish Sabbath to be right with God.

could not be more wrong.

Firstly the Sabbath is not Jewish.
It was made for man. Before the fall of man and before any nationality or race.

And it is God and the Bible that tells us to keep the law. You can ignore it if you choose to.

No one has ever said keeping the law makes you right with God.

Psa_119:44 So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.
Psa_119:115 Depart from me, ye evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.
Mat_19:17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
Joh_14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
1Jn_5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
Rev_12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Rev_14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

by " us" you mean Israel , because God gave them the Law and Sabbath in a covenant . you cannot simply take the Law out of the Covenant . they are one.

by " us" you mean Israel , because God gave them the Law and Sabbath in a covenant . you cannot simply take the Law out of the Covenant . they are one.
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

God gave the Sabbath long before the law was given in Exodus. In the new covenant God will write the law on our hearts and in our minds..

Us = all that want to avoid sin.

Rom 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
Rom 7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead.
Rom 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
Rom 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

You can keep saying it is only for the Jews but that is just a way of stopping sin from being known or revealed. How happy is your flesh when the law that reveals sin does not apply to you therefore does not convict you.

Rom 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.

If your willing = Us = Gods people at the end

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

By grace i have peace that my sins are forgiven but that does not mean i continue in sin.

Do we have to keep "Thou shalt have no other gods before Me" or can we throw it out with the Sabbath commandment?

And by "Jewish Sabbath" you must be referring to any one of the 7 "feast days" in Leviticus 23, referred to by God as "your (Jew) sabbath" - because you certainly can't be referring to the 7th day "Sabbath of the Lord" which was "besides" and apart from the sabbaths of the Jews. You can read it yourself.

Jesus said the Sabbath was made for "man" - I think we can all agree that "m-a-n" is a strange way to spell "Jew".

.

Why for that matter would we have to love God (Deut 6:5) or neigbour (Leviticus 19:17-18)?
Wait, everyone says these are "Two new commandments Jesus gave us to replace the Ten"....you mean to tell me Moses was teaching them way back 1,500 years before?

Well then...that must mean the Two aren't "new" in the sense of "replacement", but "new concepts" for those attempting to derive salvation by letter of the law, intended to teach them that the gift of salvation leads to keeping the Spirit of the law, not simply the Letter.

So, if it's true that "On these Two Commandments hang all the law and the prophets", why do Christians everywhere fight harder to take down the Ten Commandments than leftist Democrats fight to take down Confederate statues?

do peoples physical brains die and their consciousness die at the same time?
I am guessing only in this life. Luke 16, the Transferation, and Isaiah 14 indicates those in the grave are alive and aware. Sleeping only applies to the appearance of our bodies.

I have read mainline SDA works on the Trinity. I have also read Indepent ministries works from the semi-arian view too.
I am very aware. I have even spoke at Andrew's Univeristy on the subject.

These links are from the semi-arian "sda" ministries.

The big ten was given to Israel, not gentiles or Christians.

The word Sabbath is not even used in Genesis. It was for "The Sabbath will be a sign between me and the Israelites forever.’” "
