Harvey was a hurricane....
how hurricanes form....
Hurricanes begin as tropical storms over the warm moist waters of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans near the equator. (Near the Phillippines and the China Sea, hurricanes are called typhoons.) As the moisture evaporates it rises until enormous amounts of heated moist air are twisted high in the atmosphere.
I do not see wrath of God anywhere in there....who knew....
IOW and plainly stated sometimes a terrible storm and flood, is just a terrible storm and flood with no spiritual ramifications attached....

Out of all the countries in the world, I think America deserves the most judgement. It has always been a country that plays God, and slowly over time has pushed God away from it's people.
And which country is highly Christian? Well, it's enemy of course, Russia. You would have thought if America was such a Christian country (as it was founded), it would be allying with Russia to do good in the world.
The rise of Babylon. Make everyone else out to be evil, so your own evil is hidden, is not that how evil works? Even my own country UK has lost it's way, another country which used to be highly Christian.
