Dear santosubito, I would not say that justification is the result of sanctification; I would say that both justification and sanctification are the result of Christ's blood shed on the Cross to save sinners who repent. Repentance leads to confession, baptism, chrismation, walking with Christ in the Holy Spirit, keeping the commandments, the receiving of the Holy Spirit in baptism and chrismation, the forgiveness of sins in Christ. Take care. Scott Erie
Chrismation (sometimes called confirmation) is the holy mystery by which a baptized person is granted the gift of the Holy Spirit through anointing with oil. As baptism is a personal participation in the death and Resurrection of Christ, so chrismation is a personal participation in the coming of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost.

?? serious?

what happens if one isn't anointed with oil? no Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit does not cause or author confusion, or heresy, false teaching, but instead brings the Truth, brings Christ (John 16:13). To the extent that Roman Catholics, Protestants, Old Catholics, and Oriental Orthodox, teach any errors or heresies, they do not have the Holy Spirit. To the extent that even an Orthodox Christian sins, he/she is not walking in/ yielding to the All-holy Spirit. God is not the author of sin, or of doctrinal error. All people have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But the Holy Spirit abides with a Christian; but He is grieved by the sins of a Christian, or of any human soul. Any Christian can be born again, but how does this outside of the Church is not clearly revealed. It is left to the mercy of God to say who outside of the Church will be saved.
All will eventually be in the same Church. Take care.
Anyone who repents can be saved. It is only for God to say who He is going to save.
