2 Corinthians 11:14

No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.


Apostle Paul said this well after the Lord had been crucified as he was warning others of the deception he still has over this world with his false ministers as well corrupting the gospel message to draw people away from the truth. Satan has not been bound yet as that takes place after the Lords return as Revelation 20 clearly says.

Revelation 20:1-2

20 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years;

The problem I have with using Daniel 9:26 to say satan was cast out of heaven down to earth to fulfill the 70 AD event is that the book of Job already shows satan walking the earth.


Job 1:7
And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

Satan used to be able to go back and forth from heaven to earth, but after Jesus ascended up to God he was cast out of heaven down to earth. Then the Devil no longer had a place in heaven as written....

It is truly amazing to read some of the best ideas of si-fi novels on such a thread. One wonders who deceived Eve if not the devil, since he was punished for doing it. Must be a different world they are speaking about.

The casting-down of Satan and his angels is mentioned in more passages than in just Rev 12.

Try looking at Rev 9....and then at Rev 8.

Rev 9.16 informs the reader that there are 200,000,000 (i.e. 2 myriads of myriads) demons in the world!

Obviously, if this size army is already working for him, how would you even know if he wasn't already bound?

I'm not even going to ask you how you got demons our of horsemen, I didn't even know that Demons were equestrian (mounted). You guys are entertaining, good for laughs.

It's a simple reading of Rev 9...


And the likenesses of the locusts were like horses having been prepared for war; and on their heads as crowns, like gold; and their faces like the faces of men. (Rev 9.7)

'Snakes and scorpions' is exactly how the demons are described in Rev 9.

Again and again....ONLY the demons are mentioned because Satan is already bound.

Answer me this, if Satan is bound why do the unregenerate oppose witnessing for Christ.

Why is there so much sickness, wars, and corruption in the world.

Then who is tempting us.

Why is our Goverment against its citizens.

If Satan is bound then the Fallen Angels, Principalities, Powers, and Demons are not under any leadership.

revelation explains very clearly in what way satan is bound...it says that he is bound so that he can no longer deceive the nations...

that is the case today...satan can no longer keep entire nations in spiritual darkness...the gospel has gone out to every nation and there will be converts from every nation...

what revelation -doesn't- say is that satan is bound from doing everything whatsoever...it doesn't say he will be prevented from deceiving individuals or commanding his demons and so on...
