Plus, I'm not the one making supernatural claims, the burden of proof is not on me.

If you have proof of a creator then I'd like to hear it! As would every TV News Station and every newspaper. If you've got proof of this then your about the change the world!

So where did god come from then?

If your throwing out the 'Everything must come from something' argument, then you have to state where god came from too.
God is the OP. That's why God's name is YHWH which means 'He is' - 'I am who I am' - 'Creator of origin and time'

If He created destination, then He has no beginning. If He created time, He steps outside of it. He even says 'I am the first and the last'

He is THE origin of everything.

Oh right, so everything MUST have a creator.... Except god.

Sorry no, that won't cut it. Thats the special pleading fallacy.

Lol, is that a polite way of telling me to leave?

Yeah I appreciate the garden is beautiful, I just don't believe there are fairies at the bottom of it.

(Can't remember who said that originally, but it sums it up nicely)

Lol why stop at opening the mind?

It's not complicated.

1. God created time, you literally cannot measure how long ago He's been there, if time came into existence by Him.

2. God created destination, you literally cannot find His origin, because He is the ultimate origin.

Only created things have an origin...

But it's growing isn't it? It's alive isn't it? Explain how in the world does plants maintain life? Or how about the life in a human?

:p

For the sake of argument... Why can't we say the universe has always been there?

I'm not making a statement here btw lol. Just throwing it out there.

I've been honest, and I still will, but saying that is more complicated than believing there is a God.

Of course it is. Believing in god is an easy answer. Can't explain something? God did it.

Something conflicts with your internal belief? Oh, god must have made it that way.

I'm sorry, but your now useless to the advancement of our species. You don't need to investigate anything, you don't need to discover anything you don't need to question anything and you don't need to learn anything. You don't need to, cos you believe you have all the answers already.

Actually, it's not only easier, but it explains it. No offense to you personally but if anything is ignorance is atheism, teaching kids that you don't know what created everything around us. Trying so hard to work around the fact that there is a Originator. Why?

Just think about that for a second. Atheism is actually forced ignorance.

Unless you are agnostic, maybe it's somewhat better...

You right, I don't know the answer. I don't know why we are here and I don't know why things are the way they are.

You know why I don't know? Because I haven't been given any proof or evidence.

So please tell me, what special information have you been given that has not been given to me?

the other day i seen a documentry on PBS about plants, showing how they comunicate, and different things they do for survival. Just watching that show, shows me another reason that i can't deny the Almighty Creator. Life doesn't just happen it was created. The Almighty has always been, He wasn't created.

Do I need to show you proof that Hitler killed over 3 million Jews? How do you know he didn't kill 1000? Or how about 100? Do you have evidence for that many in number? Photograph of every Jew killed?

Just look at the world, at its very state, tell me what special information have you not received?

Why is it offensive to mention the holocaust, but not the Christian martyrdom? Or about the thousands of natives killed for property?

Plus Mr. Bean is funny lol

As I've said earlier in other threads. Extraordinary Claims require extraordinary evidence. Some things I'm willing to take without evidence... Such as you saying you have just bought a new pet dog. You might be lying, but it's a normal thing that people do so I don't really need evidence.

However if your going to tell me that you've bought a pet fire breathing dragon then I'm going to need proof of that before I believe you because it's an unbelievable claim.

Based on what's been reported about Hitler and the documentation available, and the landmarks, and witnesses who are still living today then its not difficult to believe that he committed those atrocities.

Saying there's a magic man in the sky who made us and everything around us is an entirely different level of a claim and one that would need substantial evidence... And there is none.
