Sodom and Gomorrha is a example on what is going to happen to the wicked, sinner and ungodly in the future. WAIT A MINUTE some here say God love everyone and his love is unconditional?
why is Jude and Peter warning us that they are a example to us?

God's love is unconditional because he loves us even through our sins. true, sometimes people got punished for their sins, but that is just like any parent. loving parents correct their children. a lot if people here at cc started off on the wrong foot, but God worked in their life and now they r saved. they may not have liked it then, but i bet u they r thankful now. and if u have accepted TheHoly Spirit into yr heart, then u can be sure to avoid hell. God loves everyone, and wants them in heaven with him. only the pure of heart can enter heaven though, so if you r saved then he is overjoyed with your choice, if u rejected him then he is sad and u r incapable of entering heaven.

I don't think it is about following the old or new testament, Jesus made it where we can have a wonderful relationship with god, it's all about love not rules. Do you remember the most important commandment Jesus said? ( Love god with all your heart,all your soul,and all your strength) If we do that the other commandments come naturally trust me i have had the moment where i had the fathers love and i loved him with everything i had and the other commandments i did without even trying. I would be happy to give you advice but not in this thread there are too many arguments

if God love is unconditional as you say why would he have a hell and why do I need to avoid it he loves me unconditionally according to you and most Christians.

No i will not, being a christian isn't about throwing scripture at each other. It is about love between us and god which Jesus died for. If you want scriptures go read the bible. And you don't use scripture's for the right reason, you dont do it out of love you do it for pride and for the sake of being right. You can pretend to be rightious because you know scripture but you are no better than the pharasee's because you don't have love when you teach scripture. Thus it is all usless and dumb.
