YOU

No this person is not, the verse never states this person is a believer. It plainly states that they do not understand.

____________________________________________________________________

I

You only know to say no but your "arguments" are too short!

____________________________________________________________________

YOU

I disagree and say no to your theology, because it goes against God's promises in The Bible.
Here is one promise, do you not believe this verse.
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

This verse plainly states when a person believes in The Messiah they cross over from death to life and shall not come into judgment.
Unless you can show a verse that also plainly states other wise. That a believer can believe and not actually cross over from death life. Then all you have is a Biblical understanding based on misunderstanding of verses

So that should cause you to take harder verses and examine them better to actually understand what they are saying.

____________________________________________________________________

YOU

Here read the many promises from God for people about receiving His free gift of Eternal Life. It is a free gift requiring no actions other than simple belief.

John 3:14,15 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

John 3:18
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:36
He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

John 5:24
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.

John 11:25,26,27
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

She said to Him, “Yes, Lord, I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

John 20:31
but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

- I have no theology!

- I learn every day and I want to share what I learn!

- I don't know anything!

- I just try to study and share with people!

- And I ask them to check and make their own choices!

- There are many people who say they know everything but men don't know anything!

- They do like the Pharisees and the scribes and the three individuals who think they know better than Job!

-There are other people who try to learn!

- I just want people to think and use their brains and learn and participate and try to follow the faithful servants of God and help others to do the same!

- It doesn't matter if they make mistakes!

- When we make mistakes, it helps us go ahead!

Looking for Jesus

John 7:

- On the last day, the great day of the festival, Jesus stood up and he called out: “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever puts faith in me, just as the scripture has said: ‘From deep within him streams of living water will flow.’” However, he said this concerning the spirit, which those who put faith in him were about to receive; for as yet there was no spirit, because Jesus had not yet been glorified. Some in the crowd who heard these words began saying: “This really is the Prophet.” Others were saying: “This is the Christ.” But some were saying: “The Christ is not coming out of Galilee, is he? Does the scripture not say that the Christ is coming from the offspring of David and from Bethlehem, the village where David was?”So a division over him arose among the crowd.

- What about you?

- It has always been so!

- It will always be so!

- People can take whatever they want from the Bible or not!

- Some want to know more, others don’t!

- It is in front of you!

Looking for Jesus

John 7:

- In turn the Pharisees answered: “You have not been misled also, have you? Not one of the rulers or of the Pharisees has put faith in him, has he? But this crowd who do not know the Law are accursed people.” Nicodemus, who had come to him previously and who was one of them, said to them: “Our Law does not judge a man unless it first hears from him and learns what he is doing, does it?” In answer they said to him: “You are not also out of Galilee, are you? Search and see that no prophet is to be raised up out of Galilee.”

- The Pharisees by being arrogant show who they really are!

- Nicodemus tries to do something but he is afraid!

- They are used to frighten others!

- When people speak, when they are arrogant they show who they are and what they really know that is nothing!

- Thanks to the Pharisees and the Jewish religious leaders who “knew everything” Jerusalem was destroyed and many Jews died and suffered!

- And they keep waiting for Messiah!

- Good luck!

- But do they really believe that!

- Or do they just want to keep their privileges and power as in the past?

- And what about the modern religious leaders?

- Do they not do the same?

- Jesus keeps telling us to go away from them!

Looking for Jesus

John 8:

Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will by no means walk in darkness, but will possess the light of life.”

- Man usually prefers darkness like Nicodemus!

- When they choose light, they have it look like darkness!

- It is easier to hide things!

- Because when it is light, lies are indelible or permanent!

- Jesus and light, the religious leaders and darkness!

- On the one hand life and hope, on the other hand death and destruction!

- Everywhere we hear lies!

- God’s word is the truth!

- Truth and reality of man!

- A minority of faithful servants, a majority of unfaithful servants!

- A minority vs majority!

- It makes it more precious like Daniel and Job and Samuel and …!

Looking for Jesus

John 8:

- So the Pharisees said to him: “You bear witness about yourself; your witness is not true.” In answer Jesus said to them: “Even if I do bear witness about myself, my witness is true, because I know where I came from and where I am going. But you do not know where I came from and where I am going. You judge according to the flesh; I do not judge any man at all. And yet even if I do judge, my judgment is truthful, because I am not alone, but the Father who sent me is with me. Also, in your own Law it is written: ‘The witness of two men is true.’ I am one who bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me.” Then they said to him: “Where is your Father?” Jesus answered: “You know neither me nor my Father. If you did know me, you would know my Father also.”

- How many people really read the Bible?

- Who knows?

- Who cares?

- People usually prefer man’s tradition!

- Everything is at hand but it is as if it was inaccessible!

- Jesus was not only an incredible teacher!

- He spent a lot of time curing people!

- They did not want to believe in him because it was against their own interests!

- How many people do really know Jesus?

- How many people really know God?

- Look at the situation of the world and the answer is easy!

- When people only think about their own interests the world goes nowhere!

- Only a dead end!
